Absolutely crazy good food! The Setup: Found this amazing find via Google Maps and again, didn't disappoint. Went for dinner, 2 of us. Ordered 2 smoothies (1 watermelon and 1 pineapple), 1 chicken Khao soi, and 1 pineapple fried rice, plus the mango sticky rice for dessert. Total was 315 Baht (~£7). What stood out: ✅ The Service: Service was immaculate and super kind. The staff are all so welcoming and attentive, and the cashier was awesome too. 🔥 The Experience: Such a lovely family style restaurant. Feels so homely and warm, and there are loads of locals seen eating here, so you know it's good. The food was insane—super simple but perfectly executed. Magnificent flavour profiles and quality ingredients, you can tell so much love and care goes into this food they serve. The smoothies were elite and superb; I'm a bit picky about my smoothies, as sometimes they don't taste that fresh, but this was elite. To top it off, the mango sticky rice for dessert was phenomenal—great taste, rice was perfect and mango was unreal. Also, you pay at the end of the meal at the counter in the back left, so old school I love it! 🙌 The Value: 9.8/10 - Super local price and they aren't trying to rip you off or anything. Getting two elite smoothies, two incredible mains, and a phenomenal dessert for 315 Baht total is a massive win. The Verdict: If you're in the area, make a journey here.

It’s said to be some of the best Thai food in Chiang Mai and for a very good reason! Family owned and operated (only one location) and genuinely some of the nicest people you’ll meet during your stay here in CM. I’ve eaten here for over 3 years now and it’s definitely my “go to” Thai restaurant. My wife is Thai and I’d say hyper critical of local restaurants and she likes and enjoys this one! Don’t take my wife’s or my recommendation, just look at the pictures and notice the crowd in front on a Thursday night, and it’s low season! Even if you need to wait, it’s worth it. I wish I could recommend “one” dish but everything I’ve tried here is always exceptional. Definitely enjoy their food, company, and friendship with every meal I have there 🙏

Absolutely amazing experience at It’s Good Kitchen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food was incredible, the atmosphere was super cozy and welcoming, and honestly — the best Khao Soi we’ve had in Thailand so far. Every dish was full of flavor and tasted homemade with real care. What made the experience even more special was the owner personally taking care of the guests and making everyone feel at home. You can really feel the passion behind this place. If you’re in Chiang Mai, this restaurant is a must-visit. We will definitely come back

Amazing. This place has become my favourite spot, I have tried many dishes in the menú and they are all great quality and seasoned. You will feel at home, not only for food but the lovely family running it. I recommend and come back for sure

This place is always crowded. In the evenings there are queues, and many Europeans come here. If you want to try Northern Thai cuisine for the first time and eat right in the heart of the old town, it’s a good spot. But if you’re looking for tastier dishes, there are better places.
