20260504 旅行最後の夜に士林夜市の地下のフードコートに来ました。八年前にも来たんですが、すっかりと綺麗になっていて見違えました。 前の雰囲気も好きでしたけど、何を食べても美味しくて安いので最後に来て良かったです。 小籠包の7つセットの焼いたやつとビール、海老チャーハンにネギ卵焼き、ワンタンスープを違う店で頼むってのもこちらならでは。 座って食べられるし、雨（今日は雨でした）でも安心。こちらなら地元のB級グルメは無いけれどそこそこ美味しく食べられますので、迷ったらこちらでもよいと思います。 小籠包とワンタンスープがかなり美味しかったです⤴️ まだメトロが動いていたので、士林の次の駅まで歩いてすぐなのも便利ですね。
老舗巡り第2417弾 1988年創業の老舗小籠包屋さん 小籠包を購入 昔の士林夜市から 比べると少し味が落ちたように感じるのは気のせいか あの雑多ま感じの昔の屋台が集まった感じのところで食べるのが美味しさのスパイスだったのだろう キャッシュレス対応 駐車場あり
地下食堂は夜市屋台より断然安い。ニコニコしてて日本語で呼びかけて下さる大頭龍のおじ様につられてルーロー飯と野菜炒め(空芯菜炒め)を頂きました。ルーロー飯は小丼で店舗返却が必要。お肉は小ぶりだけど満足度高い！野菜炒めは空芯菜とニンニク胡麻油炒めで合計110元？130元？ぐらい円安でも安い！夜市に行く前にこちらで少し食べてから屋台街へ行くのがオススメ。トイレは地下街と1階にもあります。
長い間工事中だった、士林夜市の地下フードコートが新装開店しています。 真ん中に沢山のテーブルが並んでいて、周囲に色々な飲食店が並んでいます。 注文するとリモートで鳴るベルを渡されますので、出来上がったら取りに行って、食べ終わったら下げ膳コーナーへトレイなどを置きます。 かつてのカオスさはなくなりましたが、飲酒もできてトイレがすぐ近くにあって、悪天候でも安心です。
夜７時過ぎ、士林夜市を一通り歩き、すいかジュース（30TWD）や胡椒餅（60TWD）を食べた後、地下にあるフードコートを発見。冷房気持ちいい！調理の熱と人込みの熱気、外蒸し暑すぎる。１０件ぐらいのお店がぐるっとあり、中央にテーブルと椅子がたくさん置かれています。小籠包（130TWD 約630円）を試したが、値段には見合わないクオリティー。クーラー代かな。

Plenty of food options at decent prices. We were here early, so the food court was mostly empty but I would imagine it getting hectic here once the crowds build up. We had a few different things and all of them were pretty solid, not a bad option if you get here early and want to grab a quick seat and drink before exploring Shilin.
The underground food court at Shilin Night Market has changed a lot over the years. It used to have a very local, gritty atmosphere with the strong smell of stinky tofu filling the air, which I actually found interesting and fun. Now it has been renovated and is much cleaner and more modern, but it has lost some of that old charm. The system is very easy to understand: you pay cash at each stall, get a buzzer, and wait until it rings to pick up your food. Everything I ordered was delicious. Stir-fried water spinach was 100 TWD, chicken rice was 50 TWD, and a small bottle of beer was 60 TWD. Great place to try tasty and affordable Taiwanese food in one spot（天増38）.
The underground food court at Shilin Night Market is very convenient because you can eat there even when it rains. You can enjoy a wide variety of foods.

In a city filled with amazing food, this just ain’t it. Notably poor quality-per-price compared with every other place we ate. Undercooked meat, bottom shelf fish, and just generally not nearly as tasty as the many other places we ate in the city.
