Great place for dinner. In two days, I tried meals from over 10 different food stands and all of them were great. I would especially highlight the taiwanese sausage in a pancake and the Roujiamo (肉夹馍) which was super crispy and tasty. The fried pancake was also great.

Ningxia Night Market 寧夏夜市 is clean, compact, and completely food focused, with a small section of games that adds to the fun. You know you found the right night market when locals are lining up right beside you. We tried quite a few stalls, but two stood out as absolute must-eats. ✨ Yuen Huan Pien Oyster Egg Omelette 圓環邊蚵仔煎 This spot has been in the Michelin Guide for years, and the line easily stretches hundreds of meters. The oyster omelette 蚵仔煎 is a must-order, and the clam soup 蛤仔湯 is simple, comforting, and full of flavour. ✨ 山東赤肉蒸餃 The menu here is short and focused, featuring only steamed dumplings 蒸餃 and hot-and-sour soup 酸辣湯. The dumplings are juicy with a strong ginger flavour, and the hot and sour soup is well-balanced with the option to add more spice to your liking. There are so many great food stalls at Ningxia Night Market that even a random pick can lead you to some of the best Taiwanese street food. Food Variety: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So many classic Taiwanese street foods are packed into one easy-to-walk market. Taste and Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistently flavorful dishes that live up to the hype. Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable prices for generous portions and great quality. Crowd Level: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always busy, but that is part of the authentic night market experience. Local Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true local favourite where tourists and locals eat side by side.

You can smell the stinky tofu once nearby. This is clean and organized underrated night market. There’s a lot of food to choose from. Some stalls have a long queue Better to be here before 7pm to avoid the crowd Alot of food to choose from. Once full they have like arcade and games yiu can play across the street. Highly recommended night market.

I love walking along the night market street. For this particular night market, it's more on food and games. Nothing much to shop here. If you love Taiwanese street food made by local Taiwanese, here is the place! Highly recommended! ❤️ From Singapore!

Nice night market and becoming quite famous nowadays. One thing I really like is that the stalls are very well organized along a single street that is probably less than one kilometer long. Unlike some larger night markets, you can easily find almost everything you want to eat within a short walking distance. Tried a few of the famous stalls and overall the food was tasty and satisfying. The market becomes much more crowded after sunset, so it is highly recommended to come earlier if you want to avoid large crowds and long queues. There are also several fried oyster stalls along the street that are worth trying if you have the chance. Overall, it’s a great place for tourists to experience the vibrant local night market atmosphere and enjoy a variety of Taiwanese street food all within one compact area.
