Wonder Lounge Phuket

I came across this restaurant on Instagram and TikTok while I was back home in the UK, and after travelling for such a long time, I was really craving some Caribbean food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated; very stylish and modern. We visited Wonder Lounge for Wing Wednesday and wow… absolutely unbelievable. Easily the best wings I’ve ever had. Unlimited wings for 399 baht is such a great deal. We tried every single flavour on the menu, and with 20+ flavours to choose from, we were seriously impressed. The owner even came over to check that we were enjoying everything, which was a really nice touch and something you don’t often see in restaurants. Also, a big shoutout to our server, Memee; she was so lovely, always smiling, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She really made our experience perfect. We’re staying in Old Town Phuket for a couple more days, so we’ll definitely be visiting again before we leave. 10/10; would absolutely recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Caribbean GEM in the heart of Old Town Phuket As someone from the Caribbean, I never expected to come all the way to Thailand and experience real, authentic Caribbean food ,but this restaurant absolutely blew me away. The oxtail was fall-off-the-bone perfection, rich, tender, and full of that slow-cooked flavor we all know and love. The jerk chicken? Straight fire. Perfectly seasoned, and spicy in the right way truly authentic!!!! Not watered down or “tourist” style.lol The cocktails were beautifully crafted,and honestly some of the prettiest drinks I’ve had in Phuket. The vibe?! The dining room feels like stepping into a Caribbean meets Alice in Wonderland dream!! It was so cool, whimsical, colourful, intimate, and completely unique. We went on a Sunday and the live DJ playing his set was awesome. The energy was just dope !! good music, good people, good food. A full experience, not just a meal. I HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone coming to Phuket. It is absolutely worth the trip to Old Town just to eat here. If you want real Caribbean flavor, creative cocktails, and a vibe you won’t find anywhere else in Thailand this is the place. 10/10. I’ll be back again before I leave.

A magical Alice in Wonderland-themed bar with large verity of cocktails and soulful Thai and Caribbean food - the honey jerk wings are to die for. Once you enter the secret door you enter a lounge with decor that is pretty, super cute and really special. Try the signature cocktails especially “dirty Alice”, they are awesome!

Wonder Lounge Phuket is an Alice in Wonderland-themed bar with surprises for all of your senses. The decor is pretty, soft and really special. Brian, the owner, is big teddy bear with even bigger dimples who makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a friend’s home. He invited us to select country songs we wanted to hear, walked us through the menu with his personal recommendations, and introduced us to a game on the wall where - if you stopped a digital timer precisely at 10 - you win a free drink. Jenn devoured the spicy Jamaican patties, and the savory chicken & blue waffles while Scott got his money’s worth with the all-you-can-eat wings for ฿299 THB ($9.24 USD). Jenn’s Old Fashioned cocktails were perfect, Scott’s bucket of beers ice cold. The bar is the perfect size for guests to mix and mingle and chat and root each other on with the digital timer game. Wonderland Phuket Lounge is perfect place for travelers and locals to become friends. We’ve just found our favorite spot in Phuket.

Chef came out to us multiple times to go over what we ordered and to let us know that beef was out for the burrito. Waitress was very friendly. The owner also came over to say hi to us and ask us how everything was. My son had the all you can eat chicken wings, my wife had the goat curry with roti, and I had the chicken burrito and BBQ chicken pizza! Everything was really good. I enjoyed my burrito, was just missing the beans. Wife said the goat curry chicken was really tasty especially with the roti that they threw in free with the rice as well. My son didn’t talk much but that showed that he enjoyed all his wingz! The BBQ chicken pizza was just ok but it was something other than Thai food. Thanks guys for making it an awesome night and I loved all the reggae music!
