This was probably the best dinner experience I’ve over had in all my life! My wife and I were genuinely impressed with everything! The restaurant was absolutely stunning, beautiful jungle luxury theme, flowing architecture, and many different unique sections that allow for different dining experiences! The food options and quality were top rated, and the pricing was very good! There was a fire and drum show happening while we ate which made our time even more memorable! SPECIAL THANKS to JERRY for going above and beyond the norm - He was more like our personal concierge than a waiter - Really made our experience one of a kind!

This is such a cool restaurant and the decor is amazing. It’s located inside the forest so the tables and area is completely intertwined which I loved. I reserved the dome table ahead of time which was spacious and had AC. We shared the pad Thai, tom yum fried rice, and green curry for mains which were all good. For dessert we had the mango sticky rice and brownie. Desserts were average but the main dishes were good. After dinner we were taken to an outside area with hammocks that had a great view of the city. There was also a very cool fire show later in the night we got to watch which was the perfect way to end the night!

We came to this restaurant after seeing it on TikTok and we were honestly very disappointed with our experience. They've clearly put aesthetic over function. It feels like they've spent so much time making the place look Instagramable that they forgot people actually have to eat there. Walking past the other sections of the restaurant to get to our table made us feel like we'd accidentally booked the restaurant's forgotten corner. It's a real shame because it was genuinely beautiful everywhere else but where we were sat. Our table on the edge of the rooftop area and so had a lovely view over Phuket, that was about as positive as our surroundings got. Our biggest problem was the constant announcements for the luge / go-karting every couple of minutes. Online it said the activities finished at 6pm which is why we booked our table for this time. When we asked staff, they said the announcements would continue until 9pm. The entry point for the activity was on the other side of the our restaurant zone so there was a constant, noisy stream of people with helmets coming through. It felt like we booked a table on the track, we were quite literally in the reception for the luge activity. Below us was the service track with a truck towing around 20 luges each trip to the top of the hill. It was very loud and disruptive as it came up every 10 minutes or so. The waiting area for the luge might as well have been part of our table with people stood around us smoking. A group of men were sat staring at us for about ten minutes which made us very uncomfortable. When I informed the waitress she told them they had to leave but they stayed for a further 5-10 minutes before eventually leaving. Our food took Ihr 15 mins to arrive. The waitress, to be fair to her, told us there was a wait of about 30-40 minutes for food because it was busy, but this time was doubled. We sat down at 6pm, ordered at 6:10pm and our food arrived at 7:25pm. She was very apologetic when she did bring our food. The food was tasty and hot, we really enjoyed our meals. The drinks are over priced but if we were sat in another part of the restaurant and had the experience we paid for, I wouldn't have batted an eyelid. We were told on booking the rooftop area that there would be live entertainment for the cost we paid. Technically there was live music, we just listened to it through speakers from somewhere else. It was a bit like paying for front row concert tickets and then being sat in the car park. The music, mixed with the constant announcements, the shouting of people in the waiting area and rattling of go karts, just ended up being overstimulating and irritating. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. The men's toilet cubicles, the toilets themselves and the floors were covered in urine and unusable. The restaurant is located in an adventure park across multiple tiers. It's absolutely huge so it's difficult to find your way around but the staff are very helpful if you get lost. In conclusion, our table came with the complimentary soundtrack of luge announcements, rattling of the karts, crowds and cigarette smoke. If you're booking here, avoid the "romantic" rooftop zone at all costs unless your dream meal setting is somewhere between a race track and an airport departure lounge.

We visited Three Monkeys without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised to be seated very quickly, which was a great start. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. However, the service became quite slow afterward. It took a long time for us to receive the menus and have our order taken. Even after explaining and repeating our order carefully, our order was still served incorrectly, which was disappointing. That said, we really appreciated how the situation was handled. Ann, the manager, stepped in, listened to our concerns, sincerely apologized, and resolved the issue professionally. She offered us a discount on our bill and even provided vouchers for Hanuman World as a thoughtful gesture. Her excellent customer service turned what could have been a negative experience into a much more positive one. Overall, the food was very good, and while there is room for improvement in the ordering process, we truly appreciate the way the management handled the situation. A big thank you to Ann for making things right.

This place is huge and has a magical vibe. The staff are so attentive. We got the nest and paid a deposit when booking the reservation and that is what we spent. The steak was my favorite. We got to see the fire show. I would definitely recommend. We had a lovely night. We didn't like the creme brulee or the brownie but we were stuffed by then so it didn't matter.
