Carpe Diem Beach Club - Phuket

Superb place. Headed in here from Devasom, Khao Lak after reading rave reviews of the place. We're here right now. Great views. The soft, cool breeze feels awesome on our faces. The music is at a perfect decibel - letting us (a family group of four) chat amongst ourselves and have a good time. Now a special call out for Jay. One of the nicest, most warm-hearted people we've met on our trip to Thailand this year. He's gone absolutely out of his way to make us feel right at home. Even going the extra mile to know our names, and not miss our boy Sumair's 10th birthday with an impromptu 🍰! Thank you, Jay, for making this special for us.

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our server (Song) was lovely, easy to talk to, and helped us with our order so patiently. Great service, amazing food, and a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommend! ⭐️✨

We went over to Carpe Diem for a Sunday beach outing with a group of five adults and one kid. As it turns out, kids aren't necessarily welcome on Sundays—fair enough, rules are rules and no problem at all. But what made this visit stand out was how it was handled. The manager, Richard, came out to speak with us directly. He was incredibly apologetic and handled the entire situation with so much warmth, respect, and tact. Instead of just turning us away, he personally recommended we head over to another spot nearby called The Lazy Coconut, which turned out to be fantastic. It was an absolute masterclass in customer experience and conflict management. Huge kudos to Carpe Diem for hiring someone like Richard—his hospitality made a lasting impression on all of us.

Had a wonderful day at Carpe Diem Phuket Beach Club. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, with stunning beachfront views, comfortable sunbeds, and a great vibe throughout the day. The food and drinks were excellent, and the cocktails were especially well made (Grilled Sea Food Plater and Spicy Mango Margarita are must try!) What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach, enjoy good music, or spend quality time with friends or your partner, Carpe Diem is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket. I would definitely return on my next trip.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients and the care put into every detail. The setting made it even more special—dining with a beautiful beach view created such a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. Watching the waves while enjoying such amazing food was just perfect. A special shoutout to Jay, who made the whole evening even better. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Jay went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
