I came back to dine here again. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were quite limited, but there were no issues or missed details with the service. The quality of the ingredients was good, and every dish I tried was delicious. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and served in generous portions. I went there after 9 p.m., so it wasn’t very crowded. However, the Japanese rice had a slightly burnt smell from the bottom of the pot, which was a bit disappointing, but it was still edible.
✅ Fresh & Delicious Food Many customers praise the fresh salmon, sashimi, donburi (rice bowls), grilled fish, and cooked-to-order dishes. The sushi and seafood are frequently described as flavorful and satisfying. ✅ Good Value for Money Prices are seen as reasonable compared with the portion sizes and quality — a big plus for a Japanese meal in Chiang Mai. ✅ Cozy, Casual Ambience The restaurant has a relaxed, slightly traditional Japanese vibe with modest seating. It’s great for friends, dates, or a casual meal. ✅ Friendly Staff & Service Many reviews mention warm, attentive service and efficient staff, even when the place gets busy at peak dinner times.
Fresh ingredients and good quality. The sashimi and Uni were fresh, and the Unagi rice bowl was excellent. However, I think the server should focus on table cleanliness. You can see some stains and stickiness from alcohol from the previous day on the table. Overall, it's a nice restaurant. I really like the vibe here. I came here for lunch, and there weren’t too many people. I had to park opposite the restaurant.
Great food, fresh ingredients, and a top-tier vibe. Love the Japanese-style tables. No parking though, so walking is your best choice. The Chirashi is a must, and the fried chicken + Mapo Tofu are to die for, so savory and delicious. 100% coming back for more.
Absolutely loved this place! The food was insanely good — every single dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The beef was juicy and tender, the salmon was super fresh and literally melted in my mouth, and the Japanese curry had that rich, comforting taste that hits just right. It really felt like dining in Japan without having to pay a fortune. One thing I was really impressed with was how reasonable the prices were. For the quality and portion size, it felt like such a good deal. You definitely get more than what you pay for here, which is rare these days. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. Service was quick, attentive, and polite. Even when the restaurant was busy, they still managed to keep things running smoothly and made us feel taken care of. The vibe of the place is cozy and relaxed, perfect for casual hangouts, dinner dates, or even a solo meal. The seating arrangement was comfortable and the atmosphere had a nice Japanese touch to it. Highly recommend this spot if you’re into authentic Japanese food but don’t want to break the bank. I’ll definitely be coming back — probably sooner than I should!
