Chef Ton’s omakase restaurant is a Hidden gem in Chiangmai. He knows well his fresh produce of Seafood from Japan, and he works alone with attentiveness and delicate care with each course, with each sushi piece more delicious than the next! Highly recommend a visit, reservations are needed but easy to do that via messenger or their Line account. Looking forward to seeing him in Thailand’s next Michelin Guide!

What an incredible place! The dinner was absolutely wonderful. The chef speaks excellent English and explained every dish in such an interesting way, which made the whole experience even more special. We loved every single course, everything was incredibly delicious. This is a fantastic spot to celebrate a special occasion or to take someone you want to impress. The atmosphere, the music, the chef and the lovely lady assisting him all created such a warm and memorable experience. An amazing place with outstanding food. We felt so comfortable and welcomed there. Highly recommended!

I have been to many omakase restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne, and Tsukimi Omakase Chiang Mai is the best omakase I have ever had. The food was extremely fresh and very tasty, with every course beautifully prepared. The service was excellent—professional, attentive, and welcoming. A truly amazing dining experience. Highly recommended. Pre-booking is highly required.

Didn’t expect much since there aren’t many Omakase options on a Monday, but this place was a wonderful surprise. Fresh ingredients, attentive chef, and a warm husband and wife team. The dessert was absolutely delicious ,definitely a must try. Highly recommend if you’re in Chiang Mai !
