旅の途中に。 18時後頃に一人で訪問しました。 まぐろたたき、寿司（ほたて、いか、しまあじ、まぐろ、ほたて）、茄子焼き、揚げ出し豆腐食べました。 美味しかったです👍 基本的に魚の生食文化のないタイ、その内陸地のチェンマイでこんな美味しい魚を食べられるとは。 臭みもなく程よく熟成されているであろう魚たち、美味しかったです。（大変な企業努力がある事、想像に難くない） ほたてなんて美味しくて2度注文しちゃいました。hotate umai 見事な包丁さばきもそうですが、盛り付けの綺麗さも拘ってらして素晴らしい。カウンターから様子が見えてプレッシャーでしょうが皆さんの仕事、🙆♂️🙆♂️です。 また、サービススタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティも素晴らしい。 メニューは日本人以外がよく注文するものも多く扱っており、周りはサーモン炙り巻き寿司ばかり注文してましたw いやー、チェンマイの中の日本でした。 ご馳走様です。
常に満員、予約済みの席も散見される人気店。 日本の居酒屋クオリティの日本料理を楽しめます！ メニュー数も豊富で、とにかく何か和食食べたい、となった時に心強いお店です。 おつまみ以外にも丼ものや麺類など、メイン料理も豊富なので、ガッツリ食べたい人にもオススメ。 タイ人から西洋人まで、幅広い客層が日本食を楽しんでくれているのは、客の立場ながら嬉しい光景でした。 ありがとうございました！ごちそうさまでした😋
まあ、チェンマイでは美味しい寿司屋 かなり流行ってます。値段もそんなに高くないし。でも、雰囲気も良いしおすすめ。
枝豆の殻入れを出してくれたのは、チェンマエでは初ですね。笑 細かい気配りのできる店ですが、板前さん達がサーモンのネタを転がして遊んでいたのは、寿司職人としてどうかと思いますよ。日本人は見てますから、、、
いくらが偽物、食品偽造の店。 以前はいくらは本物だったが、今日は全くいくらの甘みもいくら独特の風味もなく、熱いお湯をかけても白濁しない。味は苦くひどいもの。

I can’t describe well enough how amazing this restaurant is. I literally come here all the time and I love everything from the wooden entrance to the precious way the chefs slice the salmon. Of course, it’s delicious, the quality of the fish is another level, this is one of the best sushi restos I’ve been to. My go to is salmon belly sashimi, and also, if you’ve never tried Japanese nasu miso, i recommend starting here.
Why is that egg yolk so so tiny?! Lmao 🤣 the tuna rice tastes fine but I could really use more egg yolk! The salmon sushi on pic 2 (forgot the name) was nice👍 the salmon with the green sauce (forgot the name again) was average. and says it’s the specialty! I guess I just don’t like the combo, and it’s thin slices. I was expecting thick salmon, but I guess that’s my bad. We two ended up very full with these 3 dish. This is such a popular and packed restaurant!
We went for a dinner and it was amazing. The waitress welcomed us very pleasantly and we were immediately seated. We ordered a few sushi rolls plus meat and salmon. The fish was excellent and very fresh. Definitely recommend!
Pretty pricey for a under average quality. Food 4.5 out of 10 and service 7 out of 10. Both Chutoro and Otoro were “strainy” which I’ve never experienced before. The only 2 dishes we enjoyed were the hotate and Foie gras sushi.
Great quality for the sashimi. The salmon belly is so fresh and very creamy. Salmon slices are great too. Fresh and thick . The don with Japanese rice is well cooked. Beef tongue is not too nice. Grilled squid is well cooked. But super long waiting time. So much above expectations.
