さすが。ジムトンプソンの家に併設されたレストラン。高級感というか、一流感が半端ない。料理はどれを食べても繊細な味つけや盛り付けで、個人的には数少ないタイ料理の最高峰。有名店でも外国人のお客さんしか見ないようなおもねりが無い。惜しむべきは照明がやや暗めな点、それが良さでもある。
香りからして完全に“ちゃんとしたタイ料理”。ポメロのヤムは酸味と苦味がキレてて大人の味、ハーブとナッツの食感がいいアクセント。トムカーガイはココナッツのコクにライムの爽やかさが乗って安定の完成度。全体的に見た目も洗練されてて観光客向けに寄せつつも味はブレてない。軽めに見えて満足度は高い。ビール進みます。また機会があれば再訪したいですね。
雰囲気がとてもいいです。 敷地内にはジムトンプソンのお店もあります。 わりと辛いマークのものが多く一皿小さめな感じです。味付けも上品でマンゴートライスティックのデザートも美味しかった。 最後にお店からと甘いお菓子がでてきました。 一度は訪れてみたいレストランです
ランチもディナーもどちらでも楽しめる素敵なお店です。メニューも見ていて楽しい満足感があるお店です。
ランチセットのコースを注文しました！ 全て美味しくて特にデザートの、メレンゲの中にマンゴーとココナッツのアイスクリームが入ったものがとても美味しかった😋目の前で仕上げをしてくれます🔥

We had a wonderful dining experience at Jim Thompson Restaurant. Mr. Baw and Mr. TY are very nice and professional. They took excellent care of us throughout the meal and made us feel very welcome. The food was very good — delicious, well-presented, and full of authentic Thai flavors. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything was handled with great care. Overall, a great experience with amazing food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
My wife and I recently had dinner with some friends at Jim Thompson. They were extremely accommodating as we did have infant with us. The food was delicious. I had the Wagyu steak (Nua Yarng Gaeng Nob Pa Gao). This place has outdoor and indoor seating. It’s right along the water as well. I highly recommend this spot.
Very nice place, atmosphere is relaxing, food is delicious and looks very artistic. Our waitress Praew was very kind, helpful and client oriented. Pool with a nice colorful fishes looks very attractive.
Our hotel concierge recommended this restaurant to us, and we were genuinely blown away in the best possible way. An outstanding restaurant, outstanding service, and absolutely delicious food. It’s a real shame we only discovered this place on our last day. Our server, Pan, really made the evening special for us — incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire evening. If we come back to Bangkok, we will definitely return here again. You have to visit that place!
Great food quality with every dish well prepared and full of flavour. Service was fast, attentive, and smooth throughout the meal. Special shoutout to Baw for the excellent hospitality and friendly service that made the dining experience even better. The ambience was also warm, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommended!
