Baan Ice Restaurant @ ICONSIAM

I want to thank Baan Ice for catering to my wife's request for vegeterian (including no fish sauce) and my request for as unspicy of a crab as possible, and they obliged while delivering fantastic food. My wife got the stir-fired Melinjo Leaves with Eggs without fish sauce. It was delicious: slightly salty and sweet with the flavors of the leaves standing out. The yellow curry crab was very flavorful, and it's worth upgrading to the S class crab to get bigger chunks of meat. With bigger chunks of meat, the crab flavor stands out and is complemented by the curry rather than overwhelmed by it. The veggies are fresh and crispy, and the dish is not too salty that I can eat it with or without rice and it still tastes delicious. The yellow curry crab was 790 Baht, so it's not really cheap, but it worth it to me as a tourist. I'd happily come back to try their ither veggie dishes and seabass!

The view was absolutely stunning! That alone should have a separate review but I digress. The five dishes that we ordered truly represented an “authentic taste of Thailand”. I would recommend this place for a family night out or a cute dinner date! The soft music playing in the background is also “A+”

Great food, excellent service, and a beautiful view! The quality and taste of the dishes at Baan Ice are always consistent. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even better. Plus, you get a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River while you eat. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Baan Ice, located on Level 5 of ICONSIAM. The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, giving a genuine taste of Thai cuisine. The standout dish and absolute must-try is their Crab Meat Curry. The curry was rich, fragrant, and packed with generous chunks of sweet crab meat, making it one of the highlights of our meal. The restaurant's environment was comfortable and pleasant, though not particularly remarkable. What made the experience better was the attentive and friendly staff, who were always ready to assist and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Overall, Baan Ice is a great choice for anyone looking for authentic Thai food while visiting ICONSIAM. Highly recommended, especially for the Crab Meat Curry.

The food here is really nice — everything is flavorful and well-prepared. The highlight for me was definitely the crab yellow curry; it’s rich, aromatic, and absolutely a must-try if you visit!
