★★★★☆ We had a wonderful meal at Kam’s Roast Bangkok and can definitely see why it’s so popular. The standout for us was the roast pork—the skin was perfectly crispy, while the meat was juicy and flavourful. Easily one of the best dishes of the meal. The Pipa duck was also excellent, with tender meat and beautifully roasted skin. Another highlight was the salted egg char siu. It was something different from the usual char siu, and the salted egg added a rich, savoury twist that was surprisingly delicious and worth trying. We also enjoyed the noodles and stir-fried vegetables, which complemented the roast meats perfectly. The restaurant was clean, service was efficient, and the food arrived quickly. A great spot for Cantonese roast meats, and we’d happily return.

Wanted to try Kam's Roast is see how it compares to its original store in HK. Thankfully the line is not as long and we were able to get a table quickly. Service right away is good. The roast goose is crispy and tender. The meat is rich and full of flavors. Char siu is juicy, soft and really love the sweet caramelized exterior. Pairs well with rice or this case we got some noodles instead. The wantons have a good ratio of meat and shrimp which also taste quite good. The broth is tasty with a slight salty seasoning finish. Table service is available but payment for your meal is at the counter at the entrance on your way out. The food standards is pretty close to HK. Given that its a Michelin Star restaurant, everything is polished and elegant in the way its presented which is quite different from the street vibe of the original store. But hey this is quite a good interpretation of Kam's unlike other franchise branches in other countries. Price points will be above average heading toward high for this restaurant.

Tried the famous roast meats at Kam’s Roast in CentralWorld and it didn't disappoint! The Crispy Pork is a total winner—the skin is super crunchy and the meat is perfectly tender. I also had the Duck Rice and Duck Noodles; the duck is really flavorful and succulent, and the noodles have that great springy texture you want in a Cantonese spot. Service was quick even though it was busy. Definitely a solid go-to in the mall if you’re craving high-quality roast meats. Worth the price for the consistency and taste!

Service was efficient and the restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere, even during busy hours. Conveniently located in CentralWorld, it is a great place for a family meal. We would happily return again on our next visit to Bangkok.
