Ah-ma-zing flat white… the best I had in Taipei. And very comparable to the good ones I have experienced travelling in many countries. The coffee, just the normal range, not specialty ones, was excellent. Smooth. Perfecto. Not milkish. No over empowering bitterness. Just the perfect balance between balanced strong and able to enjoy the taste. This is medium roasted taste.

What an amazing vibe and coffee from this location. Within a beautiful store selling artistic souvenirs lies this quaint coffee shop with a wide variety of bean types and brewing methods. We tried the general coffee (in the form of a cappuccino) and one special coffee (Alishan sugar coffee ) both of which were beautifully pulled with perfectly steamed milk. I particularly enjoyed the richer alishan coffee paired with the subtle sweet sugar, a perfect balanced blend. If you’re a coffee lover they have even more extravagant brews on offer with rarer beans to try. Highly recommend!! They also have oat milk for vegan friendly people :)

Wow! This is located inside the national photographic centre! There is a list of hand drip coffee selection. The long black is also excellent! I choose the local Taiwanese beans for hand drip. It is very smooth with subtle fruit and flowery flavours. There are a number of booths selling very cute and interesting items within the cafe. This cafe is worth the time to pay a visit and enjoying the merchandise and obviously the coffee.

When I came, there were several souvenir booths set up in the cafe. I’m not sure if they were permanent or just there for a special occasion. The café itself has a minimalist design with plenty of seating. I had the Alishan sugar latte. I’m used to the kind of milk foam most cafés use, which tends to taste pretty similar everywhere, so I was pleasantly surprised by the version here. The foam—both from the milk and the coffee—had a firmer texture than usual, but it was still smooth and had a nice flavor. The coffee base seemed to be local Taiwanese coffee, which leaned toward a milder profile rather than strong or bitter. If you enjoy lattes, I’d definitely recommend trying this one. I also tried the Panama Bouquet Lerida Lot #5 | Gesha (pour-over). According to the card, it was a washed process with tasting notes of lychee, peach, and orange juice. It was light and refreshing, and tasty. The Caramel Pudding, on the other hand, wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped—it had a slightly floury texture, and the caramel was a bit overcooked. The Cold Brew and Matcha Milk were just average. Service was good, the atmosphere was cozy. The serving time was a bit long but it may depend on the number of beverages order.
