Good coffee, delicious dessert but the table and seats close to the window are off balanced. Seats way too high compared to the table. 美味しいコーヒーとデザートが食べられます。ただし、テーブルと椅子の高低差が変。座りにくい。

Fun and funky coffee place located in Da'an. Decent amount if seating available upstairs and downstairs with modern and inviting decor and design. Great music selection playing in background. Friendly and fast service and tasty coffee available. Credit cards accepted.
First try. Coffee is a must to drink. The foods and cake are great too. The waiting for foods is a bit long. The only thing is not accessible for wheelchair. My family members are seated at basements while myself and my brother accompany my elderly mom at level 1 as she is on wheelchair.
"Today's surprise" pour over, Ethiopia pour over, and americano. All hit the spot! Though I actually feel the "Today's surprise" had a overall win over the other two. Nice window sitting area. Also downstairs tucked away spots to hangout.
Coffee Law (忠孝東路店) – A Solid Spot for Coffee & Chill in Taipei’s East District The coffee here is genuinely pretty damn good – smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. They also have a few signature desserts that are solid and worth trying. Their honey butter toast is a standout. It’s drizzled with honey and feels a lot like Hong Kong-style French toast (西多士), but instead of regular bread, they use something closer to Danish pastry or croissant-style dough. Super indulgent and definitely artery-clogging in the best way – crispy outside, soft and buttery inside, tastes amazing. The tiramisu is decent too. Not the most authentic or traditional version, but it’s tasty enough and pairs perfectly with their coffee – the combo is honestly top-tier. Overall, if you’re wandering around the East District (東區) and feeling tired from shopping or walking, Coffee Law is a really nice place to drop in, grab a seat, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Relaxed vibe, quality drinks, and satisfying bites – solid choice for a quick recharge. Would come back for sure when I’m in the area again! ☕🍞
Friendly service. Cool place with basement seatings and a bathroom. Wifi available. No sugar substitutes provided. Drinks can be on the high $ side. Poor to little or no English.
