評価が高かったこともあり、期待し過ぎたかもしれませんが、コーヒーが感動する味わいではなく、普通に美味しいといったものでした。 メニューにコーヒーの染みがついていたり、シワがついていたことも残念でした。 しかしティラミスは、抜群に美味しく、感動しました。 台北はカフェやコーヒーショップが多く、コーヒーの飲み歩きを行って舌が良くなってしまったかもしれませんが、出来ればティラミスではなく、コーヒーで感動をしたかったです。
洗練された雰囲気の店内で美味しいカフェラテとティラミスを頂きました。店員さんもとても親切。休日に来たらほぼ満席でしたがゆっくり会話を楽しめました。
V60でのドリップ、ドリップバッグもお土産で買いました。英語が出来ない自分に丁寧に説明してくれて分かりやすかったです。世界チャンピオンのお店ということでお邪魔しましたが、雰囲気もよくいいお店でした。味は言うまでもありません。
長らく行きたかったWBrCチャンピオンプロデュースの店です。時間がなかったのでテイクアウトのコーヒーと豆を購入しました。スタッフはとても親切で英語で対応していただきました。コーヒーのフレーバーやプロセスについて丁寧に説明してテイクアウトのコーヒについては抽出時間やbrew ratioも教えていただきました。とても良い体験が出来ました。

Another world champion coffee shop, unlike the other ones, this coffee shop is a bit smaller, cozier yet brighter. If coming in on rush hours, it could be extremely packed. Interior and decor were clean and eclectic, so are the furniture, mugs, pots and glasses, subtle in an elegant fashion. Of course the best part was their coffee, hand picked, processed and hand drips, on top was a great variety of coffee beans. Coffee was full of fragrant that you’ll enjoy every sip. Most impressive was the service, staffs were extremely nice and knowledgeable, warm and efficient, this tops all other Taiwanese world class winners, since the operation had warmth, that matters and makes a huge difference.
Finally got to try this coffee shop I'd heard so much about, and it truly lived up to its reputation as a world champion coffee shop. Personally, I thought the pour-over coffee was fantastic; the bean flavors were perfectly expressed in the coffee liquid. I also bought a bag of seasonal coffee beans to take home. Whether poured over or made into a latte, it's excellent—no doubt about it.
We decided to check out VWI by Chad Wang for our morning coffee. The space was cute, clean, and spacious, making it a comfortable place to sit and relax. The staff were attentive, they served us water immediately and even provided a small box for our bags so they wouldn’t get dirty, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the ordering experience was a little rigid and confusing. We were told it was table service, but still had to go inside to place our order. They also sell their own coffee bags and beans. We ordered the Hei Tang (burnt caramel) coffee and the 1+1 (similar to a piccolo). The flavours were good, though slightly milky for our liking—we’re from Melbourne, where coffee tends to be stronger. Overall, still a lovely spot and worth a visit if you’re in the area
An exceptional coffee experience. The selection is outstanding and the Panama Natural Gesha alone is worth the visit. The team is genuinely knowledgeable guiding you through each coffee with real passion. But the secret weapon is the water incredibly silky and mineralised, it transforms every cup. One of the best coffee experiences I’ve had anywhere
Delicious espresso, very accommodating and warm baristas. We were seated by the bar and our barista made an excellent effort to connect with us. He spoke good english and made us feel very welcome
