夜市ばかり行くのもなということで、ちゃんとした？レストランで食事 土曜の夜に予約なしで伺い、運良く一席を確保 満席に近い状態だったので基本は予約したほう良いね 燻製ダックのキャベツ巻き →初めて食べる一品 キャベツの歯応えがよく燻製の風味が美味しい 麻婆豆腐 →なんというか普通。辛くはないな。バーミヤンの麻婆豆腐の方が辛くて美味いかも笑 豚スペアリブの甘酢煮 →酢豚ですね。肉が大きく噛み応えがある。日本のよくある柔らかいタイプの酢豚とは違うけどこっちの方が好きかな 生春巻き →生なのかな…？ベトナム料理とかの生春巻きのイメージだと戸惑うかも。イメージはブリトーに近い生地で中に野菜とピーナッツが入ってる。生地がやや好みではない 海老チャーハン →ニンニクがガツンと効いてる。美味い！美味いのだがこれはニンニクの旨さなんだよな 杏仁豆腐 →普通に美味しい メニューに日本語も書かれてるし、店員さんは英語も喋れる。入りやすい雰囲気なので落ち着いて台北でご飯を食べたい時は最適。いくつか別店もあるようだ。
1階の中年女性スタッフの接客態度が非常に悪かったです。 ネットの評判が良かったので我慢しましたが、正直期待外れでした。 三杯鶏はとても硬くてパサパサしており、味も全く染みていません。しかも血が残っている部分があり、かなり不快でした。 豚レバーは生臭さが強く、量も少なめです。 比較的良かったのはパイナップルエビマヨだけでした。 ルーローハンの肉も味が薄く、全体的に料理の完成度が低いと感じました。 ミシュランの評価にも疑問を感じます。 さらに、会計時にサービス料が含まれていましたが、水さえ注いでもらえなかった接客内容でサービス料を取るのはいかがなものかと思います。 一樓的中年女前台態度很差，看到網上說好吃就忍了。結果三杯雞特別柴，不入味，還有血絲。豬肝腥味也很大，份量少。唯一還不錯的是鳳梨蝦球，鹵肉飯里的肉也不入味，米其林越來越像個笑話。結賬的時候發現還有服務費，拜託服務生連水都沒幫忙倒怎麼好意思收取的？
【欣葉台菜創始店】台北といえばな正統派老舗台湾料理店 中山エリア、雙城夜市北側にある欣葉台菜創始店。 台湾で飯食うといえばな代表格。 ガイドブックにも出てるし、ツアー客までくるけど、地元客も宴会使いや家族連れ多いしでどっちにも人気。 こういうとこ来たら紹興酒飲みながら、シジミのにんにく醤油漬けやろ？超ニンニクに酒進むw からの名物豚の角煮はほろほろで意外に優しい味わい。 こちらも名物蟹おこわも美味いんだけど、5000円の値段に蟹の風味がそんなにかな〜。 個人的には、牡蠣の台湾唐揚げやら、甘くて台湾丸出しな腸詰なんかがオススメ〜。 もっと大人数で豪快なメニュー頼むのがオススメかも。 サービスです。ってピーナッツバター餅くれたけど、値段がしっかり付いてたw ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 4人でこんな感じで頼んで、大体1人5000円くらい〜。 ・蒜香醃蜆仔 280TWD ・欣葉滷肉 小 260TWD ・紅蟳米糕 1280TWD ・手打花枝丸 400TWD ・台式蚵仔酥 460TWD ・台式香腸 290TWD ・茶資 160TWD 酒 ・精醸陳年紹興酒 ボトル 580TWD
ミシュランに載せているのは本店？ですよね。店内の客の半数以上は日本人のお客、まあ私たちもそうですけど、日本人が好む味です。切り干し大根で作ったオムライズおいしかったのです。レバーのソテーも臭みなく意外でした。杏仁豆腐はオススメです。予算は一人1000元ぐらいとお腹いっぱいになります。 三個人沒有點大菜大概抓一個人1000元左右差不多。
台湾料理の老舗。名店です。 何を食べても美味しい！ 台湾人の友人達は、やっぱりここがコスパ考えたら、一番良いと言います。欣葉は他に数店舗あり、その中には、ミシュラン一つ星、ビブグルマンのお店もあります。ここはミシュラン掲載店。でも、シェフはこの店が一番腕がいいとの事。また 欣葉グループの副会長さんが 店頭で目を光らせているらしいです。 蟹おこわが有名ですが、私はここのカラスミと 鶏の塩茹で（白切太監鶏）をお勧めします。お酒が進みます。 デザートは 杏仁豆腐が有名ですが、杏仁花生茶（温かい杏仁スープ）も美味しいです。 5.6人以上で来れる機会があったら、いろいろ食べる事が出来て楽しいと思います。 Googleで 欣葉メニューと検索すると、公式サイトの日本語メニューが出てきます。下調べして検討するのもいいと思います。円安の今、いいレストランで失敗したくないので。

🐷 braised pork belly - sooo soft and tender, melt in your mouth texture, YUM and the sauce would have gone so well with white rice 🤤 🥬 sweet potato leaves - good portion size and delish 🦀 crab roe glutinous rice - um the glutinous rice was quite basic and didn’t have any crab taste. this was pretty mid… 😶 and the crab was a hassle to eat 🐔 chicken testicle soup - i have no comment!!! 🫥 🦆 cabbage duck roll - it was cold and crunchy! duck taste really came through all that veg. very refreshing with a tart vinegar undertone 😄 🥗 seafood salad - tastyyy and the salad dressing was sour and tangy 😋 🦐 shrimp ball - super hot and crispy! tasted a little like siew mai, maybe there was pork in addition to the prawn 🍤 fried vermicelli shrimp roll - this was sooo amazing it was my fav dish 😍 they put the roll on a lettuce with some mayo and fruit. it was like a prawn roll + fruit mayo salad basically. gotta eat the whole thing like a lettuce wrap. the fruit mayo was sweet and really elevated the whole dish! roll was HUGE and hot and crispy kekeke 🪿 goose meat - generous serving, a little oily to me 🥜 peanut muachee - free dessert yumm 🥳 unfortunately they didn’t have the pork liver or kidney (out of stock for more than one week alr) which are pretty hyped up. but they have lots of other great options staff are super attentive and nice 👍 [Nov 2025]
The brinjal was amazing. The fish in pineapple sauce was the highlight of the meal. Very unique presentation as well. Rice noodles, mapo tofu and chicken in wine were up to the mark, as expected. The service was non obtrusive but attentive. Our tea was refilled regularly. We did not feel rushed at all. It was easy to get a table for four even at lunch hour, without a reservation. Very glad we ate at the main branch and not at the mall branch of the same restaurant.
This is a traditional Taiwanese style restaurant. The decor and vibe is contemporary and modern. The food is tasty and offers a mom-like flavor. Overall, we had a nice experience here.

This was the best meal we had in Taipei. We visited Shin Yeh in Xinyi and Nangang, but this outlet really stood out. We had the three-cup chicken, crispy shrimps, pork liver and luffa with clams. Every dish delivered, seasoning was on point (not too salty). Service and ambiance were great. No wait for Sunday lunch (we arrived at 2pm). 10/10 will recommend and visit again if we ever come back to Taipei.
