台北市信義区「kafeD 台北101店」さん 台北の空にそびえるランドマーク「台北101」の89階にある「kafeD 台北101店」さん 台北を中心に7店舗を構える青い鳥のロゴマークが目印の台湾で一番高い場所にあるカフェで人気の スタイリッシュなカフェ ★「TAIWAN ALISHAN HONEY GEISHA LIMTED LOT」（350元） 独自性のある台湾ゲイシャの中でもかなりハイクオリティな豆でなんたって一杯350元 ※同店の珈琲の中では「ブルーマウンテンNO.1」と同価格でした 味は香り高くフルーティーで甘め 上品で飲みやすいタイプ ★「TIRAMISU」（200元） まずビジュアルがヤバい！ 雲のようなティラミスは眺めているだけでうっとり そして味は店舗・・ 上のカリッとしてるクッキーと中段の超濃厚なチーズに下段のバームクーヘンが絶妙に合っていてめっちゃ美味いです！ 「デザートはアート」を体現しているスイーツですね！ 上品な甘さと香り高いコーヒーのペアリングも絶妙でまさに「ご褒美カフェタイム」 洗練された空間×台北101からの眺めをひと通り楽しんだ後の休憩場所にぴったりなスイーツスポットでした ■「kafeD 台北101店」さん ■営業時間 午前10時～午後9時 ■住所 台湾台北市信義区信義路5段7号89階110615
台北101の89階のカフェ。 英語のできる店員さんが対応してくれました。 コーヒーとケーキで450〜500 NT$くらいでお値段はちょっぴり高めですが、コーヒーは注文してからひとつひとつ丁寧に淹れてくれます。味もおいしいです。 レシートに印字された番号で呼び出しますが、うっかりしていると何度も呼んでくれずそのまま放置されていました。 イートインでしたが、コーヒーが紙コップで出てきたのは味も雰囲気も環境にもマイナスで残念でした。
ケーキもカフェラテも美味しい！しかし、101の入場券購入時にもらった100元のサービスチケットがスペシャリティコーヒー限定使用というオチあり。それはないんじゃないかなー。私の前のお客さんも間違ってました！

Truly a Cafe in the Sky. Located on the 89th floor observation deck, it the best place to get a Coffee, dessert and enjoy the view. Excellent selection of coffees and desserts. Freshly ground bean drip Coffee with a good choice of beans. Kids can get an ice cream or cake. Make sure you use the coupon included with the ticket package.
Kafed at Taipei 101 offers a refined café experience with a strong focus on quality and atmosphere. The coffee is very good by international standards, with well-extracted flavours and a clean finish. We tried a Long Black (Americano) and a Cappuccino, both of which were smooth, balanced, and clearly prepared by skilled baristas. That said, Taiwan is known for its excellent specialty coffee scene, and there are still a few local cafés around the city that offer even more distinctive or complex profiles. The cappuccino paired nicely with the cake, making it a pleasant choice for a relaxed break or casual meeting. The presentation was neat, and the overall quality felt consistent with what you would expect from a café located inside an iconic landmark like Taipei 101. The atmosphere is a standout—modern, calm, and well-designed, providing a comfortable escape from the busy surroundings of the tower. However, seating is quite limited, so on busy days or peak hours, it can be difficult to find a table. This is something to keep in mind if you plan to sit and enjoy your coffee rather than grab it to go. Overall, Kafed is a solid choice for quality coffee, a pleasant ambience, and a convenient location. So I bought two bags of beans to try after having some amazing pour over here (I think the Chopin). My word. The double anaerobic beans made me so "Oh" after the first sip. Exceptional quality.

NOV 2024: A sky-high haven for coffee enthusiasts and dessert lovers with captivating views of the city. Dining area is small but promotes intimacy. Good thing they have elec sockets around. They have specialty coffees & drinks, and array of delectable cakes. They offer coupons combining coffee and cake at a value along with the tickets of Taipei 101. The serving time depends really on the queue, we did not wait much but we found a lil challenge with the cashier/receptionist - language barrier perhaps. A lil smile will help too. The most expensive specialty coffee, blue mountain did not fully meet our expectations but the sandwhiches & cakes are heavenly.
