台湾のオーセンティックな料理を頂くことができます。竹コースで何杯かアルコールを飲んで、2人で10,000NTDくらいでした。 料理はどれも丁寧に作られていて、見た目も良かったです。味は薄味なものもいくつかあって、好みが分かれそうでしたが、1930年代に貴族が宴席で食べていた料理を再現したと聞くと、記念に一度食べてみるのは良いのではないかと思いました。調べると、食材にかなりこだわっているようだったので、そういう意味でも安心でした。 ワインはボトルメニューしかありませんが、グラスでもオーダーできました。白ワインはローカルのものとのことでしたが、香りがよくとても好みでした。 ただ一点、女性の店員さんの対応が雑に感じてしまったのが残念でした。これだけの値段の料理なので、ゆっくり味わいたかったのですが、とにかくペースが早かったです。片方が食べ終わっていると、もう片方の皿が残っていてもさげようとしてきます。もちろん、言えばさげられずに済みますが…。料理の説明も一応はされますが、簡素でした（ここは言語の壁かもしれません。） 一方で、男性スタッフの方は接客がよかったです。こちらが中国語を話せないため、もちろん説明は英語でしたが、ワインのことや当時の歴史のことを話してくれて、料理の深みが増しました。有り難かったです。 少し残念な点はありましたが、台湾の伝統的な料理や味を体験してみたいという方にはおすすめです。
2人でそれぞれ違うﾗﾝﾁｺｰｽ選んでOK。前菜のｿｰｾｰｼﾞとｲｶの…、水蓮葉炒め、ﾋﾞｰﾌﾝもおこわも美味しい！店内は落ち着きがあり素敵です ﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄは杏仁なくなり豆花です
重厚な雰囲気の店構えで、店員さんも対応も素晴らしく、丁寧に仕事された料理はどれも食するのが楽しかったです。私は1番安い梅のコースを選びましたが、十分に美味しいだけでなく、品数もボリュームもとても多いコースでした。（2024年6月)
あまり美味しくない 同じ一つ星であれば日本の中華の富麗華、一平、勇の方が美味しくです。 またサービスも食器を落としたり、ランチタイムに行きましたが、ランチコースはやっていないとのことで、通常コースを一番高いコースを頼みましたが、こちらがそれなりにお金を払えるとみると、態度がガラッと変わりましたが、普段からちゃんとしたサービスができていないのか粗が多かったです。 総じてがっかりでした、、
オーダーしたメニューどれもが薄味でした。ニンニクマヨネーズやピリ辛ソースが添えられていて好みの味に調節し、いただきました。 サーブの方は、一生懸命で感じがよく、盛り付けは美しかったです。

Had a remarkable dining experience at this restaurant. The restaurant is immaculately designed with a blend of traditional and modern aethestics. Service was top shelf. But the highlight must go to the cuisine which was high quality. I wish I had more appetite to enjoy more of it. But every dish was noteworthy. Look forward to the chance to visit again.
I've been to this restaurant twice (November 2024 and March 2026) and have included pictures from both visits in this review. I enjoyed it very much the first time around when we dined here with my chef friend from HK. He did all the ordering and I noted them down for future reference. The second time around was with my colleagues. We could order more as we were a group of 12. The experience was as enjoyable as the first time and the chicken was sublime. The spare ribs are very good too. All the food was good and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Michilen star rated classic Taiwanese cusine. Superb service, comfortable seating, large space, and plenty of gourmet dishes. They will introduce each dish and their history along with the way of enjoy it. Set menus are available for one who can decide on the dishes. Meals are delicious and delicate. Best for family and larger group.
Mountain and Sea House holds a Michelin star, so it’s no surprise that prices are on the higher side. It’s best to set aside a budget if you want to fully enjoy the experience. We paid 7,127 NTD (including service charge) for a group of four, which came out to a very reasonable price per person for an 8-course meal. The food was excellent and definitely lived up to expectations.
The restaurant was well presented, clean, and comfortable, but it didn’t quite feel like a Michelin-star establishment — and we’ve been to quite a few around the world. The level of service and attention to detail that usually comes with that recognition was somewhat lacking during our visit. We ordered the set menu, which featured flavours of Taiwan from the 1920s and 1930s. Each dish had its own unique and distinct taste, and the concept was interesting. It does feel like a place that’s better suited for larger groups so the dishes can be shared and enjoyed together.
