ワールドバリスタチャンピオンのお店。台湾のコーヒーシーンの最先端を勉強するために来店。 店内はコンクリート打ちっぱなしな雰囲気でセンターにドーンとコーヒーコーナーがあり、目でも楽しめる設定。 次はいつになるのか分からないので、今回はエスプレッソ＆カップチーノセットとシーズンブレンドのドリップをいただきました。 ドリップコーヒーに関しては、飲み口によって味の捉え方が変わるというカップで提供。もはやエンタメですね。 コーヒーメニューは日本より少し高いかなぁという感じ。1,000円以下はほとんどないです。 台湾に行ったら是非。
Sola Blendとブルーチーズケーキを注文しました。あまりコーヒーは詳しくないですが、バリスタで優勝してるとか…とんでもないお店に入ってしまった感ありましたが、雰囲気も良くてこだわりのコーヒーも美味しい。かなーりお高めのコーヒーですが、素敵なカフェタイムでした
2026.3訪問 土曜日の午前中、朝ごはん→散歩→コーヒーの流れでこちらへ。10:00過ぎ、開店時に並んだお客さんは全員入店済みでしょうか、並ばずに2階へ案内してもらいました。お洒落な店内です。 Abaoブレンドという血液型みたいな名前のコーヒーをいただきました。 お洒落に一杯用のコーヒーサーバーとカップで提供されますが、これすぐ冷めちゃいますね。自分的には提供のスタイル以前にアツアツのコーヒーを飲みたいので家で豆挽いて淹れてる方がいいかな。
おしゃれなカフェで台北中心を検索さしたところこちらのお店があがりました。 お店も店員のみなさんもおしゃれでバリスタの大会で入賞したカプチーノとエスプレッソだと思いますが良い香りでした。 シナモントーストが美味いです。ご馳走でした。
バリスタ世界チャンピオンのお店。素晴らしい空間とサービス、そしてクオリティでした。 特にアナエロビックのエスプレッソが美味しかった。 平日、開店５分前に行きましたが、既に8名ほどの先客が並んでいました。 ２階の窓際の席がお勧めで、広々として居心地良く過ごせます。

Update: - Came back the next day to bring the whole family - Tiramisu is delicious! - Blue Cheese Cake is divine! - Cappuccino Double Shots go so well with the cakes - Zhou-Zhou is alright - I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the dessert!
They’re serious about their coffee and it shows in their craft. I don’t want to try and label the blends we tried — each were high quality blends worth discovering for oneself. The food (notably the toast with potato puree) was a good, light sweet pairing with the coffees. I definitely want to come back here if I’m in Taiwan again and try some of their award-winning blends.
Staff were very kind. I got the iced brown sugar coffee and it was so delicious! The cake with blue cheese was an interesting take and I enjoyed it a lot! It is pricey but it is award-winning. ✨
On my last day in Taiwan, I decided to go to Simple Kaffa. The coffee tastes absolutely out of the world. Fantastic! The food is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They explain regarding the drinks and the foods ingredients/tastes. The ambience is gorgeous! I love the rustic decor. Highly recommended!
A world-champion coffee shop that’s definitely worth visiting when in Taipei. The coffee beans are high quality, and the flavors are clean, well balanced, and distinctive. The atmosphere is simple yet thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Overall, a very impressive café for coffee lovers. ☕✨
