肉がとても美味しく、特に牛タンはジューシーで最高でした。 サービスも高品質で、焼き加減が難しいお肉は店員さんが丁寧に焼いてくれます。海老も焼いた後に殻をむいてくれるなど、細やかな気配りが嬉しかったです。 また、店員のfeiさんと小孟さんの接客がとても素晴らしく、心地よい時間を過ごせました。 ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 肉類料理非常美味，尤其是牛舌，鮮嫩多汁，令人印象深刻。 服務品質也很高，像是需要掌握火候的肉類，店員都會細心幫忙燒烤。蝦子也是烤好之後還會幫忙剝殼，這樣貼心的服務讓人很感動。 另外，店員fei小姐與小孟小姐的服務非常出色，讓人能夠在舒適愉快的氛圍中用餐。 之後一定會再訪。
Bensonはとても良い接客でした！ 値段は少し高価ですが、想像より遥かに多い料理の量で、とても満足できました。 Benson is No.1！日本にも来て欲しいです！

Had an amazing dining experience in Taipei 🇹🇼 From the moment I sat down, the hospitality stood out. Mei, Celine, and Gin went above and beyond — not just with attentive service, but with such a personal touch. They even drew a custom “Welcome to Taiwan” picture for me, which honestly made the whole night feel special. The food itself was incredible. The wagyu was easily one of the best I’ve ever had — rich, perfectly cooked, and worth every bite. You can tell they really care about quality and the overall experience, not just the meal. If you’re in Taipei and want great food with genuinely warm service, this place is 100% worth it. Huge thanks again to Mei, Celine, and Gin for making it a memorable night 🙏
The food is so so so amazing!!! We celebrated my dad’s birthday at the restaurant, and their service is simply the best! The food is amazing, and I really recommend their beef set!! I love yakiniku, and their food is literally the best! The price may seem a bit higher, but their food and service are definitely worth it!!
Our second time here and it was still an incredible experience from start to finish. Audrey provided exceptional service and made the entire meal memorable. She personally recommended all of the dishes for us, and every single one was outstanding. She also cooked everything perfectly and was so warm, attentive, and personable throughout the night. You can really tell she cares about the customer experience. On top of that, the food quality was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of Audrey!
I went to here on June 28. Ordered NT 3990 which has a A5 wagyu. It was totally fantastic and taste was crazy. If I come back to Taiwan one day, I will come to this restaurant again. Furthermore, the server, Yuan was so kind and caring us to have a fabulous dinner. I will never forget about it. If you are really looking for restaurant which can have fancy place and food and also customer service, definitely go for it.
Best grill we've ever had ❤️ We were recommended this restaurant by a Taiwanese friend. The food and service were outstanding (we were served by Yuan). We ordered the Wagyu set for 2 people, totally worth it! Our bill was around NT$7,400.
