22 seats omakase reservation is required. Located near 101. They offer 5 sets of lunch menu and you can choose according to your budget which is thoughtful. Food is good and service is great. Operated by a young couple. They provide another small room for group more than 6-7 and no corkage charges. Got slight diarrhoea after may be due to the oyster , will try again with other menu.

We didn't plan to come here but it turned out to be a great decision. The food is amazing. We love every single dish of our 8-course omakase. The ingredients are very high quality. The kids absolutely love their sashimi and sushi. Staff is very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back next time we are in Taiwan.

I revisited Cuisine Cao yesterday, and I highly recommend it! I came here once in May, and since I’m back in Taiwan again, I made sure to return , and it was just as great as before. Cuisine Cao offers several omakase price options, and what I really like is that people dining together don’t need to pick the same tier. The service is excellent, even though the place is busy, the staff are never arrogant. You can genuinely feel their sincerity and care for every guest. I chose the NT$580 set, and it was truly amazing value. They can even customize certain items based on your preference. The set included scallops, prawns, sous-vide salmon, sashimi, 8 courses plus dessert. The portion was generous, and I left completely full and very satisfied. For someone like me who doesn’t eat a lot and doesn’t want to spend too much on omakase, this place is perfect. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family, and I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Taiwan if I can get a reservation!

I found this Japanese restaurant by chance and decided to try it because of the high ratings and it didn’t disappoint! 🙂 I ordered the 580 set, which came with 8 dishes: salad, steamed egg, sashimi, grilled salmon, grilled shrimp, soup, donburi, and dessert. The fish was very fresh and everything tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.🐟🍣🍨 The only downsides are that seating is at the bar, so it feels a bit cramped, and they only accept cash.
