素材も味付けも充分美味しかったと思います
⭐️すごく丁寧に注文を受けてくれました😍 口コミが1つも悪いのがなかったので期待していくと、、、 マグロが嘘みたいな色。 他も口コミが信じられないほど違いました。 日本のウオテルと比べる気はありませんが プーケットの他のレストランの方が確実に日本の味を再現しといて美味しいと感じました。 本当にごめんなさい。 味に関してはどれも日本食とは思えませんでした😢
接客は丁寧です。 寿司は刺身をシャリの上に置いただけの様な寿司ですが、ネタ自体は新鮮です。シャリの味も良いです。 美味しい天ぷらは技術が必要ですがもう少し頑張って欲しいです。 以前あった大学いものデザートがボリュームあって美味しかったんですが無くなってました。タイ人には人気がなかったのかもしれませんが、残念でした。 まとめると全体的に材料はいいもの揃ってるし接客もいいので、あとは料理人のレベルを上げて欲しいなと感じました。

Very fresh ingredients, friendly staff, clean place. They also have a membership program which was introduced to me by a staff there, and she collected points for me without me having to ask her; this was very nice and attentive. Would revisit to try different dishes :)

The rolls are very big compare to the bottle of beer, 330 ml sized.
I enjoyed the Japanese food here. Reasonable price. If you're in Phuket and want to have Japanese food, this could be one of your choices. Their Udon is well made and incredibly chewy, highly recommended! Sushi also delicious and everything else doesn't disappoint.
