I stopped by Piset Restaurant Phuket after seeing a few recommendations, and the crab really lived up to the hype. Trying a few different styles made the meal more interesting, and each one had its own appeal. The crab meat fried rice was a great match for everything else, and the tom yum soup rounded out the meal nicely. I’d happily come back if I’m in Phuket again.

Best crab meat in Phuket Town. Very fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. Simple local place with really excellent seafood. Highly recommended.

Came here on my first night in Phuket, and then came here again every night for 3 nights in a row even though it's an hour journey to the restaurant from the hotel I was staying in, and another hour journey back! That's how much I love the food here. The crab meat fried rice was the best I've had (and I've had lotsa crab fried rice in many places). The other absolute must order dish is the steamed crab with roe - they cook it so well here! The other dish that surprised me was the river prawns with glass noodles. Many I've tried just have soy sauce taste in the glass noodles. But this restaurant cooks it so well - could taste the river prawns in the glass noodles. Seafood was really very fresh! Service by the 2 female staff was excellent! I asked for extra soup and no spring onions in my fried rice on the first night - and the subsequent 2 nights, they remembered my requests even before I made them! Very friendly service, always with a smile!

Everything is really good. I will recommend my friends come to eat!
