Coconut Seafood Restaurant

The biggest tiger prawn I’ve seen! Food is excellent, fresh seafood and cooking skills. The fish is just perfect! Staff from this local village are friendly and helpful. It was my friend’s birthday and they threw an unforgettable celebration! 100% recommend everyone to try out their food. Given the weather is unstable with thunderstorm and rain, they managed to quickly move all guests to indoor with comfortable seatings. Excellent!

The food here is absolutely delicious. The fish and shrimp are very fresh. Only surprise was an inconsistence in the fish batter. One night it was country style batter, like cornmeal. The next night it was more like fish n chips. Both were very good. And the sauce with the longbeans is amazing!!

We ate at Coconut Seafood pretty much every night for 10 nights, which says everything really. The food was amazing, always fresh and full of flavour, and the atmosphere was incredible, especially in the evenings with the beautiful view looking out over the bay. Nothing was ever too much trouble — everything is cooked fresh and made with real care. One of the highlights for me personally was being invited into the kitchen to learn how to make proper Pad Thai. Not only did they show me step by step, they even gave me the sauces to take home, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. Our children were treated unbelievably well — it’s a genuinely family-run business, and you can feel how much they care about their customers. They made us feel welcome from the very first visit and by the end of our stay felt more like friends than staff. If you’re visiting Phuket, this place is an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Very cute place! We ordered fried calamari, fish, and fried prawns, and everything arrived super fast. The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos, but I highly recommend it—especially if you’re staying at Barcelo Coconut Island. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the resort and easily accessible via the beach.

Great service and the view couldn’t possibly get any better!! Right on the beachfront, we had a spot under a shady tree! The meals were delicious and reasonably well priced considering the restaurant was on an island.
