日本食が恋しくなり訪問 全体的にはまあまあで、どうしても食べたいときは有りかなという感じでした。 天ぷらうどん150B 大きな海老天が2つ、全体的には美味しいのですが出汁が薄い感じ、テーブルに置いてあった醤油を少々追加、しかし古い感じで味が劣化してました。テーブルに置いてある七味はあまり辛くないです。 とんかつ190B 味はまあまあ、写真と違い厚さが薄い 辛子もほんの少しだったので追加でもらいました。ソースは日本のと違うのか甘さが足りない感じでした。 ライス30B 日本米と思われるがパサパサ気味 500ccのミネラルウォーター一本 税込み416Bでした。 20221001
Hotel indigo phuket敷地内にある日本食レストランです。ホテルから直接つながっていません。トイレはお店の人にカードを借りて、ホテル内の綺麗なトイレが使えます。(カードなくても使えました) 子供たちが白ごはんを食べたいと言うことで、こちらのお店へ。バングラ通りから歩くとかなり距離があります。 寿司だけでなく、ラーメン、カレー、蕎麦等色々なメニューがあります。我が家はランチに利用しました。ラーメンやカレーは学食のような感じですが、十分美味しいですし、子供たちは喜んで食べてました。寿司も満足です。値段は日本と同等か少し安いぐらいです。
日本食はボリュームがあり非常に美味しくいただきました。 サービス料と付加価値税で17%追加されるので注意してください。

One of the best sushi I've ever had. Outstanding service with attention paid to details and kept being checked which felt like being noted. The restaurant was very calm and relaxed which is what one may want within the busy streets of Phuket.
This place is outstanding! Went twice in a week. After the Mrs suggested we go for sashimi, I found this place that was local to our hotel. Can't remember the dish names. Chicken skewers on hot coal. Chicken teriyaki. Sashimi salad. Salmon and caviar terrine. Cheesecake. All were prepared to a very high quality.
Slow kitchen! Nice atmosphere! We ordered four different main courses. Usually, the kitchen tries to sync so that food will arrive together. Not this kitchen tho. They sent them out one by one. We also think that they forgot about the ramen. It took a really long time. My son was starving! Food was nicely presented, but taste wise. Nothing special. Price was also a little bit too high compared with the portion size and quality / taste. Do note that they will charge you 17% for VAT and service fee
Brilliant sushi with great presentation. We ate here twice and both times it was excellent, the Aburi Salmon Rolls (066) on the menu really were a highlight. We ordered a lot of food both times as well as cocktails both times coming to around £100 (£200-£250 in Covent Garden easily) I would recommend eating here if you like sushi.
Well.. Strength 1. Interior vibe is definitely Japanese style. 2. Staffs have nice smiles. 3. Foods are made with great care 4. Especially, Kyoza and karaage were delicious. Weakness 1. We wanted to order Junmai Sake but it is sold out. They didn't make any sign about sold out. 2. They didn't also mention about service change 10%.
