ラーメン屋さんというよりはラーメン居酒屋と呼ぶのが正解ですかね、ラーメン以外にもウニとイクラ丼や、レバ刺し、生レバ串など日本では食べれないメニューもあったりしてテンションが上がります。頂いたのは結局豚骨ラーメンだったのですが、花二郎食べればよかった〜と今になって後悔しています。もちろん豚骨ラーメン美味しかったです。 スイーツは日本から冷凍で輸入してるんだとか。 慣れない土地で日本食を頂けるのは有り難いですね。 日本食が恋しくなったら是非花亭さんへ
最近流行りのラーメン🍜居酒屋🏮スタイルで、カフェも店内に併設しているちょっと欲張りなお店です。日本人にとっては、何でも注文出来るのでランチも晩酌も心強い味方です。魚介つけ麺も美味しかったです。

醤油ラーメン、たこ焼き、茹で餃子を頂きました。 日本でもかなり美味しい部類に入るラーメンで、タイで食べたラーメンの中では群を抜いて美味しかったです。 美味しいだけあってとても混んでいたので、夜は早めの時間に行くのがよさそうです。
シンガポールに住むインドネシア人ですが、いつも日本食が好きです。 日本に行くたびにいつもラーメンを食べます。 プーケットでは、このカフェのラーメンがとても美味しいので、このカフェを見つけて本当に嬉しかったです！ 塩味が好きなので、鶏ラーメンをよく注文します。 おすすめはバリカテメンです。 タコはそれほど柔らかくはありませんが、たこ焼きも美味しいです。 私はここに2回来ましたが、また来ます:)

It is a Japanese restaurant in Phuket that has a very traditional Japan. I can feel the true Japaneseness. There is good service from the staff. A variety of delicious food, A variety of food that I recommend especially tonkatsu ramen, mellow flavour, fragrant garlic, can choose the hardness. The price is quite high but appropriate compared to the quality of the food.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hana Cafe + Ramen Phuket is a lovely spot for both ramen and café vibes. The ramen is flavorful and comforting, with good-quality ingredients and generous portions. The café atmosphere is cozy and stylish, making it a great place to relax, enjoy coffee, or have a casual meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is smooth. A nice place to come for ramen, desserts, or just to chill. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Phuket.
Im not a kind of wicked person, However, I would say the food was mediocre. Tonkotsu was tasteless(not thick). The tray of saru ramen had a mold on it (not clean). The service was great and chilling atmosphere. The price was okay. But there were the room to improve.
Tried the chicken and black garlic ramen at Hana Café + Ramen. The food was excellent—rich, well-balanced flavours that really stood out. Service was a bit slow and slightly unpolished, but the quality of the ramen more than made up for it. Definitely worth it for the taste alone.
I could not recommend a place more. We ate at this restaurant 3 times out of 4 nights in Phuket. Each dish we tried was phenomenal. People mostly come there for ramen (which was amazing as well), but do yourself a favour and order sushi and wagyu beef. They fly their fish from Tokyo, which makes total sense as you feel transported to Japan the moment you step into the restaurant. I think they had the most delicious tuna I have ever tasted. And don’t get me started on Wagyu beef that simply melts in your mouth. Heavenly experience. Not to mention the fantastic, professional and friendly stuff. I could give this place 10 stars and a Michelin guide recommended if I could. 10000000/10 ⭐️
