Tambu Phuket

One of the best Indian dining experiences we had in Phuket 🇹🇭✨ Dinner at Tambu Phuket truly lived up to the hype. From the rich butter chicken to the creamy malai chicken and malai broccoli, every dish was packed with flavor. Ranbir loved the lamb chops, and the dessert was absolutely melt-in-the-mouth perfection. The ambience, service, and overall experience made this such a memorable dinner spot in Phuket. Whether you go for the set menu or order à la carte, this place is definitely worth visiting if you’re in Thailand 🤍

Tambu in Phuket was one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I’ve ever had. The view is absolutely stunning, the kind of place you go to watch the sunset and have a truly special night. I tried the chef’s tasting menu and it was, honestly, the best I’ve ever had in my life. I was a bit unsure at first because I’m not usually a fan of strong Indian spices, but the chef transforms everything into something extremely refined. It still has the essence of Indian cuisine, but in a very elegant and balanced way. Every dish comes with a story and feels like its own experience, a real show from start to finish. That’s when you truly understand why they earned a Michelin star. Everything was perfect. The food, the place, and the hospitality. Truly unforgettable.

Very decent indian food! Better than quite a lot of indian restaurants we have tried in HK and of much higher value for money. Seabass is the best in my view! Great hospitality and vibe. Definitely one of our to go again options.

We had a fabulous dinner at Tambu. We heard about the restaurant by staying at the Hotel attached. The service was outstanding - a special thank you to Bimali and Chetan for their excellent service and attention. The food was great and portion sizes a lot bigger than expected. We were not able to finish our mains. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, beautifully designed. Would definitely recommend!

This Michelin star restaurant is located with around the Patong area and perched on a hill top sharing entrance with another restaurant Sizzling . We were there for dinner . Every dish we ordered was delicious . A special call out on their black garlic naan - really tasty . It is a must have . The tamarind chicken was very succulent and grilled to perfection . The crabmeat dish was interesting . All curries were wonderful and dumb briyani was also very well done . Definitely a location that we will come back to in our left trip to Phuket . A big bonus is the beautiful scenery from this hill top restaurant .
