Omg - okay so; in south east Asia, you cannot judge a book by its cover when it comes to restaurant. Every food enthusiast should know this; a place can look like nothing in the middle of nowhere and still be a great meal. This place is not in the middle of nowhere, and does not look like a tiny little food stand; and although vibe-wise it’s pretty zero personality: the food can speak for itself - super fresh, super tasty, amazingly delicious. So cosy? No, not really, a little sterile. But food? OMG! To die for. I highly recommend the Sichuan crab (!!!!!!!) and the steamed scallops with glass noodles (?) yeah i know, sounds weird, but FRIDGIN’ delicious. The whole fish too, sea-bass - in whatever preparation you prefer! Yum. So fresh, so tasty, superb! Big recommendation here. Honestly, if i just saw it, I’d walk by: (because i either go street food or fine dining, hardly in between, but sometimes……) now I’m super happy I didn’t - this and 89 seafood has to me my top two seafood places in Patong - having tried 300+. Worth it!!!!!!

If you are looking for seafood that tastes like it was caught this morning, this is the spot. The seafood is soooo fresh, beautifully cooked. The price is incredibly reasonable. You get top-tier quality without the tourist-trap price tag. 10/10 recommend!

Thai cuisine delivers a masterclass in flavor balancing, expertly blending sweet, salty, sour, and spicy elements. The legendary Tom Yum soup was an absolute standout—bold, lemongrass-infused, and packed with juicy shrimp. Next, the red curry fried seafood offered a fiery, delicious punch mixed with perfectly cooked, aromatic local herbs. The iconic BBQ pork neck was incredibly tender, deeply smoky, and paired beautifully with a tangy dipping sauce. Even the comforting fried egg with shrimp was elevated, boasting crispy edges and a rich flavor. Every plate showcased authentic depth and fragrant ingredients, earning a flawless five-star rating.

Got the curried lobster and BBQ'd chilli oysters. Food was fresh & delicious and the cocktails were solid as well. Very nice owners. Went back multiple times and saw them fully draining + cleaning the tanks during the mid-day lull. Not the cheapest option in Patong, but strongly recommend if you're a seafood person.

First time eating at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The fried fish dish with sweet sauce was fresh and just the right texture. Other dishes were just as good. All in all a good experience and will come back again.
