Hilton PattayaにあるHorizon Rooftop Restaurant & Barへ。 34階最上階にあります。 360度景色を眺めることが出来るので エグゼクティブラウンジでの食事を早めに済ませて 行きましたが なかなか人気なようで人でいっぱいでした。 宿泊客じゃなくても利用出来ますからね。 サンセットから暗くなった後まで 眠らない街Pattayaのビーチ沿いを 眺めながら食べ飲み出来るのは良いですね。
ヒルトンパタヤ最上階34階にあります。宿泊客がほとんどで、地元の方はほとんどいません。自分は5泊したので2回行きました。 食事の平均価格は、4人で1～3万円くらいですので、都内と変わりませんでした。 宿泊客だからなのかは不明ですが、テーブルチャージはありませんでした。 ドリンクは非常に安く、カクテルも1000円前後でした(宿泊にインクルーズしたので細かくは覚えていません)。 16階で1度、エレベーターを乗り換えるのでご注意ください。 できるだけ予約を細かく入れたほうが良いです。お2人の場合は、カップル席がおすすめです。海側なので、抜け感が素晴らしいです。 画像を添付しましたが、天井が抜けています。雨の際は、テラスは使えないと思うので、インサイドのみになるはずです。 テラスではサンセットの時間に間に合うように、夕刻の来店がおすすめですが、非常に混雑しますのでご注意ください。 服装チェックはありません。男性もサンダルで来店されていました。 女性も水着などでなければ問題ないようです。
お盆に訪問。2ヶ月前にメールで問い合わせると、食事をする場合はテーブルの予約可。ドリンクだけならウォークインとのこと。よって夕食もこちらになりました。 ２名だったためか、テーブル番号25(lover seat)が割り当てられ、1番角の景色の良い席となりました。 その時期の日の入りは18:45ですが、17：30予約にしてしまったので、もろに夕日を顔面に浴びながらの最初の1時間は暑かったです(次回があるなら18：30にします)。食事はだいたい1000バーツほど(ヒルトンゴールドは25%オフ)、ハッピーアワーのドリンクは割引適応外。 スタッフ皆さんが元気で優しいので、楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。
ヒルトンに宿泊していなくても、非常に丁寧な接客でした。17:00からはキャンペーンで、同じ飲み物2杯が1杯分の料金で楽しめます。今回はドライマティーニを注文、さすがに2杯飲むと酔いますね。 席はテーブルとカウンターがあります。眺望や雰囲気を楽しみたいのであればカウンター、まったりした時間を楽しみたいのであればテーブルがおすすめです。 眺望も素晴らしいです。今回は夜景ではなくサンセット目当てで訪れ、とても綺麗な眺めを堪能できました。パタヤビーチを上から眺めると、なんとなくワイキキビーチっぽいなと。 次は夜景を見に行きたいと思います。 追記 2025年12月30日 今回は年末だったため事前に予約して訪れました。最初はInsiteの席だったのですが、途中から夜景が見えるOutsiteの席に変えてくれました。相変わらず、ここのサービスは最高です。私はひとりた訪れましたが、寂しい思いをす流ことも無く、最後まで素敵な時間を過ごせました。
==2024年== 夕方のハッピーアワーの時間帯に行きました。 最上階なので景色はいいです。 雰囲気料金が含まれるので、価格は高めです。 予約していなかったので、カウンターでの飲酒となりました。

Horizon Bar at Hilton Pattaya is the reason we keep returning to Pattaya. We have stayed at the hotel many times, and this rooftop bar is simply the nicest and most beautiful place to enjoy sunset in town — even better than anything in Bangkok. Our favorite orders are the Cosmopolitan cocktail and a bucket of ice; they always taste fresh and consistent. The staff are excellent and take good care of us. Manager Sorcha is always upfront and proactive, while the team members we remember — Bell, Big, Tan, and Jojo — are friendly, lively, and clearly enjoy their work. We also want to thank Becky, Baitong, and Moth in the Executive Lounge for being so helpful and friendly every visit. This is our favorite break spot in Pattaya. Highly recommended — we will be back soon!
Best roof top bar in Pattaya. Best for Sunsets / Atmosphere / Staff (the best!!) / Food (the sashimi or the T-Bone 😮😮) / Music / Vibe / Staff (yes worth mentioning twice) Been staying at the Hilton, below the Horizons, for over a year and will never get bored of watching the sunset at Horizons.
The dinner was excellent from start to finish, with delicious food, great drinks, a beautiful view and outstanding service. The garlic parmesan bread starter was perfectly seasoned and freshly baked, a really tasty way to begin the meal. The main course, Spaghetti Carbonara, was rich, creamy and cooked to perfection, and it paired wonderfully with a crisp Pinot Grigio white wine. The evening was rounded off with a Tres Leches cake that was light, moist and full of sweet flavor, together with a well-made cappuccino for a perfect finish. The restaurant offers a lovely view that made the whole experience feel special and created a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional throughout the night, which made the service feel truly exceptional and turned it into a memorable evening.
Had a bit of a mixed experience at the Hilton Horizon sky bar in Pattaya. When you want to eat at a 5 star hotel, there is no room for you to make such a simple dish as spaghetti carbonara with no taste at all. When they asked how my food tasted, I had to say that I bought a better spaghetti carbonara down the street for a third of the price. They were of course sad to hear that and talked to the kitchen and explained one thing and another 😂😂 But my dessert was really good and a fantastic view and atmosphere at the Hilton Horizon Sky Bar. Will go there again but will not order their tasteless spaghetti carbonara again 😉 The rest of our group were satisfied with their food.
Amazing location! Do yourselves a favor and have only a drink. The food is easily the worst food I’ve ever eaten in Thailand so far. I was surprised that everything I tasted in the country was so good and then finally reality hits with this place. The drinks were great though! Do yourself a favor, grab a drink here and go eat elsewhere. Service was great!
