Shinkanzen Sushi บิ๊กซี พัทยากลาง

Very nice Japanese-style food, and much more than just sushi. I had a chicken Bento with miso soup, and a delicious chrysanthemum iced tea drink, and it cost under 150 Baht! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is bright and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Last time arrived waited almost hour for a few meal. This time arrived no hello or welcome from any worker waited almost ten minutes not a single worker came to give menu or QR code to scan honestly disappointing since there wasn’t much customer either plus the food is not bad but wouldn’t recommend

Very bad experience there. Food is not bad but unfortunately the managment by Miss Jantuna is the worse I ever see. We waited 40 minutes to understand that they forgot our order, then I asked many times what happens, only the cleaning lady tried to help. There was not many customers. At the end ,after 45 minutes of waiting we got some sushi but the main menu I had to cancel it because it never arrived.

I’ve been there twice, and the service is incredibly slow. The first time, it was crowded, so we waited 30 minutes outside and 45 minutes for our food. Today, we were the first customers at 10:45 AM. I ordered two grilled pork rice first , and 10 mins later ordered miso soup.We got our miso soup at 11:15 AM but had to wait another 30 minutes just for two grilled pork rice bowls. On top of that, the staff actually blamed me, saying I only added the food to the cart but didn't place the order! That's ridiculous. If that were true, why did the miso soup arrive first? I checked my phone multiple times, and the order was definitely confirmed. Instead of apologizing for their own mistake, they blamed the customer. Terrible attitude.Never going back.
