The Market Pattaya Bistro & Grill

One of the few restaurants where you can truly see what outstanding management and genuine hospitality look like. Everything here is done right. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful elevated seaside setting that offers a perfect view. The restaurant is spotless, the waitresses provide exceptional service and set a great example of professionalism, and the manager oversees everything with impressive attention to detail, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The food is beautifully presented, visually appealing, and most importantly—absolutely delicious. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. We will definitely keep coming back!

Excellent food and service. One of the best I've eaten in Pattaya. Only complaint is that is was hot outside, so we went for a table inside the bistro. but it was almost as hot inside! Especially after a hot meal. Please turn up the aircon so it's colder inside :) Excellent service, not the cheapest but my Wellington beef was worth every Baht. Will be back! -- wish they've added the service charge (10% + 7% VAT) to the price in the menu like any other countries instead of hiding the extra cost!

Everything was superb, from the seating, outside or in (including covered booths), the decor, atmosphere and smiley attentive staff. A little more pricey than average but you pay for what you get for sure. Great location for road and beach watching too right outside the Hilton and Central.

The salmon was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The skin was wonderfully crispy, while the salmon itself was tender and flavorful. The aroma was amazing and really enhanced the whole dining experience,The mashed potatoes were smooth and complemented the fish very well. My only disappointment was the lack of sauce. While the dish was tasty on its own, it would have been even better with a proper sauce served alongside it. At least a small portion of sauce would have helped bring all the flavors together and added more moisture to the dish. Overall, the quality of the fish was excellent, and I would happily order it again, but I hope the restaurant considers adding a sauce in the future 💖💖💖

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The steaks were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The food quality was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was great, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our visit. They were friendly, attentive, and made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!
