Cafe des Amis Fine Dining

I couldn’t recommend Cafe De Amis enough! We first visited 9 years ago, and ever since then we’ve been looking forward to coming back. After a grueling battle with breast cancer (which I beat) we were finally able to return to Pattaya and Cafe De Amis and It certainly didn’t disappoint – if anything, it was even better than we remembered. We ordered the lobster and the Beef Wellington, and both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the flavours were exceptional. You can really tell that the kitchen staff take enormous pride in what they do, and every plate that left the kitchen was cooked to perfection. The service was equally impressive. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made the whole dining experience even more special. We got to chat with Blu who was lovely and so welcoming. A huge thank you to both the front-of-house team and the incredibly talented kitchen staff for such a memorable evening. We waited 9 years to return, and it was worth every second. We will definitely be back again before we leave and would highly recommend Cafe De Amis to anyone visiting Pattaya. An unforgettable dining experience!

Not enough space to write good things about Blu's place. Incredible, great dining, atmosphere and host. Run, don't walk to his place. Bring a loved one, or a good friend for a special occassion, or just for a wonderful relaxing meal. Closing a deal? Do it here and you'll close for sure. Fridays and Saturdays it gets busy so do reserve and let the kitchen know you're coming.

I’m going to make this short and sweet But if you are looking for a classy upscale quality place to eat, this is the restaurant for you. The staff food and atmosphere was excellent. I’ve been looking for a place to eat like this since I’ve been in Thailand. So you can stop reading the reviews and reserve a table because you will not be disappointed. The only problem I had was my to go container only had my steak in it, and I want my vegetables 😩 So next time, I will tell the staff to put everything in my container😂 to go.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can only give this restaurant five stars — and even that feels like an understatement. I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants around the world, and this place easily ranks among my personal top ten. Not just because of the food — you can find excellent cuisine in many places — but because of the atmosphere. It’s incredibly warm, welcoming, and relaxed. You feel almost at home, far away from the cold, stiff environments where you feel uncomfortable doing anything “wrong.” The staff deserves special recognition: exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely forthcoming. I had arranged a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend in advance, and everything worked perfectly. What impressed me most was the trust — even though they didn’t know me, everything was prepared smoothly and professionally. If someone is trying to find something negative here, I honestly believe they should first ask themselves whether they are simply looking for a hair in the soup. Of course, when a restaurant is busy, small delays can happen — that’s just reality. I had to wait about two minutes for my companion, but there were enough drinks at the counter, and I certainly didn’t perish. What truly stands out is the feeling that everyone here genuinely wants you to have a great evening. That mindset makes you naturally more understanding if something isn’t 100% perfect on a given night — and honestly, everything ran incredibly well anyway. To top it all off, I had a very special coffee at the end — truly one of a kind and an experience in itself. I can highly recommend it. All in all, for me, this was one of the most beautiful evenings I’ve ever had in a restaurant. An outstanding experience that I would recommend without hesitation.

Really enjoyed dining here! The service was excellent and the food was great. Can’t believe this place has been around for decades and I just discovered it. Highly recommend the foie gras and risotto. Both were amazing. They’re also well known for their beef Wellington. The atmosphere is lovely, and I was even surprised to find their outdoor toilet has air conditioning! Definitely recommend booking in advance.
