The Causeway Irish Pub and Restaurant

My wife ordered the pork mince and rice Thai dish ( pad Kra pao moo saap ) and I order one of their huge beef burgers with chips and a Guinness of course. The meals were delicious and a big serving. Also they tasted very fresh and tasty. It’s a nice small pub with some nice music playing and English speaking serving staff. It can be difficult to find parking if you have a car but walking or with a motorbike it is great and only a small walk from Thae Phae Gate in chiang mai old town. Definitely worth it if you want to sit and have a beer and a good western feed.

The staff was very kind. The music was a little loud when we got there. The food was very tasty we just thought it would be more like an Irish salt and pepper chicken. The chicken is lightly battered and saucy. Chips are lovely! Good price for the amount of food

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited The Causeway Irish Pub and Restaurant with three friends and had a fantastic evening. It’s a beautiful, cozy pub with a truly authentic Irish feel. From the décor to the atmosphere it really feels like stepping into a traditional Irish bar. The menu has a huge selection of Irish-inspired dishes and there’s also a great choice of Irish beers which adds to the experience. The food portions are definitely Irish-sized generous and hearty but they don’t sacrifice flavour at all. Everything we ordered was delicious and clearly prepared with care. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming making it a great place to relax with friends over good food and drinks. If you’re looking for proper pub food, great portions, and an authentic Irish vibe, this place is well worth a visit. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back! 🍀🍺
