The restaurant provides a chef table experience where Chef Boy personally comes to each table to explain the dishes and share the story behind each course. Even though the restaurant welcomes multiple tables and group guests, the attention to detail and personal service were exceptional. We chose the course with wine pairing, and each wine complemented the dishes beautifully. Every course was carefully prepared with a creative combination of Thai ingredients and modern cooking techniques. My favorite dishes were the Garlic Pepper Pork Ribs with edible gold leaf and the beautifully balanced main courses. The presentation, flavors, and storytelling behind each dish showed the chef’s passion and dedication. The live music during dinner created an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and they even arranged a ride back to our hotel after dinner. A truly unforgettable chef table experience in Chiang Mai. We ended our final day in Chiang Mai with lunch at B Sam Cook, and it was absolutely worth it! Every dish served was delicious, and the chef even added lamb, beef, and avocado shrimp to make sure we were well fed before our departure. I enjoyed every single dish, but the Tongan was the standout for me personally. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. The chef kindly offered for his driver to take us to our next destination instead of having us find a taxi. From the food to the service, everything was exceptional. We had a fantastic experience here and will definitely return on our next visit to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner!
