先日、この居酒屋で食事をする機会がありました。特に印象に残ったのは天ぷらと串焼きです。天ぷらは衣がとても軽く、外はさくさく、中の食材は新鮮で旨味がしっかり感じられました。揚げ方も絶妙で、素材本来の味を楽しむことができました。 また、串焼きも非常に美味しかったです。一本一本丁寧に焼き上げられており、香ばしい香りと絶妙な塩加減が食欲をそそりました。肉はジューシーで柔らかく、噛むたびに旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。お酒との相性も抜群でした。 店内の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、スタッフの接客も親切で気持ちよく食事を楽しめました。料理の美味しさだけでなく、居心地の良さもこの店の魅力だと思います。 天ぷらと串焼きの素晴らしい味は今でも忘れられません。また機会があればぜひ訪れたいと思いますし、友人にも自信を持っておすすめできるお店です。

高級感があるだけに、価格はしましたが味は最高です。刺身も新鮮です。店員さんのサービスも良く、付きっきりで対応してくれました！アルコール🍺のハッピアワー、嬉しいですね！アサヒスーパードライあります！

Excellent Sushi and Modern Vibe! We had such a wonderful experience here. The sushi was truly exceptional, the taste was fantastic! We especially loved the modern atmosphere, which felt fresh and perfect for a date night. Plus, our server was incredibly fast and super friendly. We will absolutely be coming back soon!

Food is great, not a dish that we don’t like. Drinks are generally creative, even sakes and umeshu’s (plum wine) seem carefully sorted. Our personal highlight is the green tea umeshu, the flavor is a good combination between those two and very easy to drink - it’ll be finished before you notice. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere is fun and the lamp on the table makes any pictures look instagramable. Good vibe overall!
Shikiya in Bangkok was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was genuinely friendly, and the sushi was absolutely amazing. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and served with care. A great place to enjoy quality Japanese food in a comfortable setting. Highly recommended.A slightly warmer version:Really enjoyed my visit to Shikiya in Bangkok. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the sushi was outstanding. Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
forgot to feed the camera first when the salmon trio platter came out 🤣🤣 we obviously liked it!!! sushi was very good, also thick pieces! recommend the otoro meatball in the skewers was rly yummyyy too 🫶🏽happy we found this place
