Visited the Siam Square outlet recently and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by one of the crew members, and the service initially seemed promising. However, after I had already completed my order, I was informed that the foie gras was sold out. This should ideally have been communicated before the order was placed. To make matters more confusing, a waitress later approached me using a translation app and explained that due to their system being down, there would be a price fluctuation. I was completely puzzled. If customers are ordering through a QR code menu with listed prices, shouldn’t those be the prices charged? In the end, I stayed and finished the Ankimo that was served before I was notified on the sold out of foie gras, but I ended up paying for what was probably the most expensive ankimo I’ve ever had. I’ve attached the receipt for others to judge for themselves. What made the situation even more surprising was that there appeared to be more staff than customers in the restaurant at the time, yet communication and operational issues were still apparent.

High Quality Japanese dish in Siam Square. This restaurant is located on 4th floor of Siam Square One Mall. You can find many variety of Japanese dishes here. The price is a bit expensive but exchange with fresh and good quality of foods. Staff is very supportive. You also can apply for member to gain point and get promotion.

Serves really fresh and tasty Japanese food. The quality of the ingredients is great, portions are satisfying, and the prices feel very worth it for what you get. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

May introduced us to amazing dishes and it was so worth it! She made us feel at home and her smile and jokes really made our day. Loved the salmon! Hahaha
