I went with my family one Thursday evening and had a good experience amidst the hustle and bustle of Chinatown. The restaurant was almost empty, so it was not a problem to find a table available around 9pm. The menu is very varied, generally with fish and seafood dishes. There is also a sufficient variety of drinks. The prices vary as well and so do these but there are enough options for a wider range. The food was good and in sufficient quantity. The place is clean and the staff helpful. Definitely a place I would return to.
Came here because there were quite a lot of marketing this decided to give it a try. Atmosphere was great just that it felt a bit hot and couldn’t really feel the aircon. Fried Prawn Cakes were great and great portion size. Calms were garlic forward and fresh. The Steam Sea Bass in Spicy Garlic and Lime Soup was amazing and fresh but really spicy so just be cautious about it if you can’t handle spice. The Tom Yum Nam Sai was also amazing just for the base itself but also be cautious because it’s on the spicy end too.Enjoyed their 1for1 cocktail selections since the spice was a big kick to us. The really disappointing dish which is actually one of their promoted dishes was the Fried Prawn coated with almond with their truffle sauce. Fell flat, didn’t have much taste and not crispy nor hot. Truffle sauce was alright. Overall, great atmosphere, great food and service was good too. Would recommend those that are going to eat here to try their Thai dishes.
The giant river prawns were outstanding! These things were half of the width of the table. Fresh, buttery, sweet, some of the best prawns I've had to date. Highly recommend! Our total bill came to around 2,800฿ total for the five dishes.
The river prawn is a highlight and is flavourful! The rest of the dishes are tasty too. Good place to have lunch during heavy rain.
After looking for the best-rated spots in Bangkok’s Chinatown, we decided on this restaurant, and it certainly lived up to the hype. We ordered the Deep Fried Sea Bass with Three-Flavor Sauce, which was perfectly cooked and a generous portion for two. The Tom Yum Seafood was incredibly authentic—rich, aromatic, and packed with fresh shrimp and mushrooms, served piping hot on a small stove. Another standout was the Oyster Egg, which offered a delightful contrast in texture thanks to the fresh, crunchy bean sprouts underneath. The service was excellent. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and attentive to all our requests. We were also treated to a complimentary mocktail that was absolutely sensational—refreshing and high-quality. Overall, this is a must-visit in Chinatown. The food is fresh, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
