Jumbo Seafood never disappoints! A total paradise for crab lovers. Chili Crab: The absolute star of the show. The crab is incredibly fresh and sweet, coated in a rich, savory, and slightly spicy gravy. Pro-tip: you must order the fried mantou (buns) to dip into that heavenly sauce! Salted Egg Yolk Crab: Rich, creamy, and deeply savory with the perfect grainy texture from the salted egg. It coats the crispy crab perfectly and is pure indulgence in every bite. Excellent service, iconic flavors, and worth every penny. A 10/10 dining experience!

Superb Dim Sum Experience! 🥢✨ Had a fantastic lunch at Jumbo Seafood (ICONSIAM). Every dish felt premium and was carefully prepared: • Gold Leaf Har Gow: The shrimp was plump and snappy, beautifully elevated by the black roe and gold leaf. 🥟💎 • Pan-fried Radish Cake: Perfectly seared on the outside with a soft, savory center. So addictive! 😋🔥 • Deep-fried Bean Curd Skin Rolls: These were a highlight—shatteringly crispy on the outside and packed with juicy shrimp filling. 🍤🥢 • Shrimp Shumai: Generous portions, very fresh, and bursting with flavor. 🥟🧡 • Signature Buns & Pork Ribs: The buns were fluffy and the pork ribs were incredibly tender. 💨🍖 The quality of the ingredients really shines through. 🌟 If you're at ICONSIAM and craving high-quality Chinese food with a great view, this is the spot!

We visited Jumbo Seafood at ICONSIAM with high expectations to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. As big fans of Jumbo from Singapore, we were excited to enjoy a special seafood dinner with a romantic riverside view. Unfortunately, the experience left us deeply disappointed and even angry. We specifically ordered an XL grilled river prawn (advertised as at least 500g+) and a Large steamed river prawn (300-400g). When the dishes arrived, the two prawns looked almost identical in size. There was no noticeable difference despite the significant price gap. We even took photos to document this (as shown in the attached picture). We politely raised the issue with the manager and asked if there had been a mistake. It took them over 15 minutes to “verify” with the kitchen. The manager eventually returned and explained that the chef insisted there was no error. According to them, the XL prawn looked smaller because it was grilled and had lost water content. We found this explanation completely unacceptable. We requested to cancel the L size steamed prawn, which the manager agreed to. Since the grilled prawn had gone cold during the long discussion, we also asked for a fresh replacement. Shockingly, the manager said we would need to wait another 35 minutes because the XL prawn still needed to be defrosted. This response appalled us — a reputable seafood restaurant should have fresh or properly prepared ingredients ready for dinner service, not frozen items that require such a long wait. Feeling completely let down, we cancelled all the prawn orders and left the restaurant. What should have been a memorable anniversary celebration turned into a frustrating and disappointing evening. Jumbo Seafood in Singapore has always been excellent, so this Bangkok branch fell far short of the reputation. We would not recommend it, especially for special occasions.

I had a decent experience at Jumbo Seafood in ICONSIAM. The ambience is really nice : spacious, comfortable, and great for both groups and casual dining. The food overall was good, but I have to mention the chilli crab: while enjoyable, the flavour was slightly off compared to the authentic taste in Singapore. It didn’t quite have the same depth and balance I’m used to. Still, it’s a solid spot if you’re craving Singapore-style seafood in Bangkok, with great views and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

The food was absolutely scrumptious and sooooo flavourful. I especially loved the bibs that they give you when you order seafood. 🦞 The service was also brilliant. Overall, the restaurant is excellent and well worth a visit. 👍🏼
