小鉢を組み合わせて自分のセットを作るランチセット。３品注文したがそれぞれが小さく女性でも少し物足りなく感じた。
ソンクラーン期間中 11:00過ぎに入店。 お客さんは無し。 鰻とちらしの２重（松）を注文。 待ち時間は10分前後。 鰻は関西風の焼き方かな。 ふっくらしていておいしい。 チラシの方も美味しい。 チラシの下のご飯はダシで炊かれていて◎。 お値段は相応かな。 また来ます。
寿司デリバリーのGinSaraが美味しいという事できました。3段のセットを頼みましたが、味も量も大変良かったです。

Absolutely delicious! A must try restaurant in One Bangkok. We got the sashimi and the 3 layer matsu and it was delicious. The quality of the fish was top notch and amazing.
It’s a delicious Japanese restaurant tucked in the corner of the Mitsukoshi marketplace. I like a different eating experience from the sushi bento box instead of plates or rotational revolving sushi chains. I do appreciate the little details. The food is chef’s kiss and I was feeling hangry. So this was worth the money you’re paying for. Highly recommend and definitely will come again. Thank you.
Nice little sushi place at One Bangkok. Dine in or get delivery via Grab. Today I ordered the premium sushi assortment and it was very good. Fresh and a good price. I love that they stayed open through Songkran! I will have Gin Sara again soon.
The fish was fresh. However, the red rice tasted quite plain and had a sticky, firm texture rather than being soft I’m not sure if this is the restaurant’s intended style. The price does not feel justified by the portion size or overall value. The additional layer that was added also felt unnecessary and didn’t make much sense.
Top-notch quality! 🍣✨ Sushi & Unagi Gin Sara never disappoints. You can really taste the freshness in every bite, from the sashimi to the unagi set. The ingredients are clearly high-grade, and the flavors are spot on. Great atmosphere and lovely service from the staff as well. Definitely coming back!
