Reimagining classic cocktails gone wrong. Ambience is good and Expected nice cocktails but to the disappointment nothing tasted good. All the cocktails are pre mixed in bottles which I think creates a mess both in taste and experience. Costly cocktails that doesn't taste good. Sorry but expected more. Atleast have a few classic cocktails which are absent from the menu.

Absolutely amazing place. Quiet also fantastic drinks and service. First it is walking distance from the metro a big plus. The staff were incredibly helpful even without me knowing Mandarin they were polite and patient. I got 2 drinks because the first was so good that I was unable to keep myself from drinking it quickly.

Had a great time at Bitter Burro thanks to David! Super professional, easy to chat with, and really knows his cocktails. His drink recommendations were spot on and definitely made the experience stand out. Highly recommend sitting at the bar if he’s working.

We dropped by Bitter Burro on a weekend without a reservation, and despite being full, the owner managed to accommodate our group. The bar is quite small, fitting maybe 15 people, and focuses on the cocktail craft. There's a 600 NTD minimum per person on weekends, which translates to about 1.5 drinks each. The cocktails are all pretty unique - the bartenders use fresh ingredients and homemade bitters in a way that creates some unique flavor combinations. Watching the bartenders work is really fun. They seem to take a personalized approach, crafting drinks that match individual preferences rather than sticking to a standard menu. The atmosphere is low-key and relaxed, good for those who prefer a spot to enjoy a well-made drink with friends. If you're into craft cocktails and don't mind a tight space, Bitter Burro is worth checking out. It's not flashy, but the drinks are thoughtfully prepared and the service is great.

We came here on a Saturday night soon after it opened and there was plenty of space. There is a bar min of NT$600 on the weekends which comes out to 2 drinks a person. The bartenders were extremely nice and made great suggestions for drinks and we're very knowledgeable about their craft. We had a few drinks and they were delicious. The Sweet Harmony tasted like milk and cereal. The Tea Ceremony had rich pandan flavor. The Movable Feast was strong while holding great flavor. Overall we had a fantastic night. Thank you Allen for making it memorable!
