二回目の訪問ですが、バーテンの仕事が遅く飲みものにかなり待たされました。過去一。 元旦なら101の花火最高なソファー席より
ATT4FUNの1番上の階にあるバー。 大人気でいつも激混み。 バーと言っても、ほぼクラブ。 しかし箱は小さいため、居場所を見つけるのに一苦労する。 席を予約し大人数で行って騒ぐのは良いが、2人で行くには音楽がガンガン過ぎて話すことは困難。 階段で上へ上がるとルーフトップバーになっていて、天気が良ければすぐ隣に101が見えて良い雰囲気。 台湾人が良く大人数でバースデーをやってます。 女子が2人で行ってナンパされるには向かないバー。 クラブに行った方が早いです。
入り口が分かりづらいですが、黒い扉と四角い小さなFRANKTAIPEIの看板が目印です。中に入ると室内か屋上のテラスが選べます。またパスポートの提示が必要です。自分はテラスを選びましたが夜空に輝く台北101を綺麗に見れるとてもいいスポットですね！ビールやカクテルを飲みながらタバコが吸え、ハウスを聞けるとても良いスポットでした。

Very very nice roof top bar. The cocktails are fantastic and special. The perfect blend of sweet/fragrance with alochol taste. Suitable for men or women to savour. I ordered the 小熊甜心 and it was very very good. Recommended by our taiwan friend and really love it. Drinks are not expensive, perfect view, nice songs and vibe. 10/10 P.s. we went to other bars and was rejected entry because i was in flip flops. This store allowed me to enter. They mentioned men in flips flops is not allowed but ladies they can give us a chance 🥰 love the service
FREAKING HORRIBLE SERVICE! The people who work there don’t give a SHIT about maintaining the place properly. Bathroom is NASTY - no toilet & paper towels. I told the staff about it - they gave a dirty look and just sat down. Seems only reason they in business- is because of the VIEW. Otherwise - I’d never bring them any business whatsoever.
Frank delivers the upscale lounge experience with a balcony overseeing the famous 101 tower. Extensive bar with specialty cocktails, locating at the heart of many other different night clubs. The food menu is above average, private booths and tables with more privacy are also available. DJ booth situated in the center of the venue. Diverse customers, mostly English speaking or at least bilingual.

Nice place for Taipei 101 view. Chill place for drinks and dancing a bit. Good vibe in general, only the cocktails are needed to improve..some taste are really awful..my friend can’t even drink it.
